10. Her pain

Author's Pov

Everyone present in the party was shocked by the scene they saw. Who won't be shocked by seeing a 15 year old killing people ruthlessly.

"I think the party's over now. Leave everybody!" She said. She was tired now. She doesn't need any peace, as she knows she couldn't get it by working as an assassin and a queen of a Mafia.

Everybody left the venue. Leaving the Oberoi family alone. Little Anya was clung to Avni and she was hugging Ivaan. And Isha was sobbing
silently in Aryan's arms being scared by the scene she saw.

Ivaan and Avni rushed to her and started consoling her. Everybody could see that Isha was scared but nobody could see that even Veerika is also scared. But she don't want to be scared anymore.

After Isha stopped crying Ivaan got up and walked near Veerika and said, "please tell me what is all these?" She didn't said anything but motioned him to get back home.

They all nodded and left. The whole Oberoi family was in a same car, but Veerika got into her own car and drove it. After they reached everyone took shower and slept and finalizing that the whole matter will be discussed tomorrow.

Everyone was in their respective rooms. It started pouring heavily outside. Everyone was busy with their own thoughts. But their chain of thoughts broke by a sound of ghungroo that was coming from their own backyard.

Everyone had the sudden urge to look for the sound so they looked outside of their windows and saw Veerika dancing while getting drenched in the rain.

(Ps. Just imagine her as Veerika dancing in rain)

The pain in her dance was enough to make Ivaan's heart numb. While dancing tears were continuously falling down from her beautiful green orbs.

After the dance she fell on her knees. Crying her heart out. Many things were haunting her mind. Why slowly her past is trying to get back to her. She has to be strong but she can't.

She was getting tired. People can fight for someone for the whole life but when it's about your own, at some moment our heart, our mind just gives up.

Those tears which had dried long ago were now again flowing out of her orbs.
Her life was pushing her back in those dreadful moments of her life.

Even the sky was crying in her pain. She was all alone in the whole world besides having a family. Huh the same family for which she had to face all of these.

Ivaan's Pov

My sister, my Veeri. What she's hiding. Her cries are making my heart numb. Her dance is showing some kind of pain.

What made her heartless? So cruel and ruthless. How?

Could I get back my little chirpy veeri back? Her beautiful green eyes which once showed mischief and naughtiness are now emotionless.

What happened with her in the past? Please don't let it be what I'm thinking.
