Protect the Bridge builder!!!

"Old Man can we get better missions? These D rank missions are stupid." I complained. These can't even be classified as missions. They're chores! "The Dobes right." Sasuke agreed. Ojisan sighed and looked to Kakashi-Sensei. "Do you think they're ready?" He asked. Kakashi nodded his head too into his book to even answer.

"Fine I'll give you a C rank mission. You are to protect a Bridge builder until he completes the bridge." He explained. "Send in Tazuna please." The door opened and the smell of alcohol drifted into the room. "These are the ninja I hired? They look like a bunch of brats!" A voice spoke.

My eye twitched. Brats? Who does he think he is! "Well besides the tall one. He looks like a ninja. But these two look nothing like ninja! This kid looks like a emo and his hair is in the shape of a ducks ass! This girl is wearing too much pink and looks like a princess!" Tazuna exclaimed. I held in my laugh as Sasuke and Sakura tried to attack him.

"Settle down guys. He's the client so we can't hurt him." I told them. They grunted and looked away. "Naruto. Since you are leaving the village you may use your power to its full extent. But only if you guys are in trouble." Jiji said. "Will do Jiji. Will do." "Kakashi I want to talk to you after they leave." Jiji said.

Kakashi nodded and ordered us to go to the gates.

At the gates

My eyebrows started twitching. Its been two hours and for those whole two hours Sasuke and Sakura were staring at me. "May I help you?" I asked them. They looked away quickly like they weren't staring.

After another hour of waiting Kakashi walked up to us along with Tazuna. "Hey guys sorry I'm late. Batman crashed his Batmobile so I had to carry him from Gotham all the way to here." He lied with a smile.

I sighed and covered my ears as Sakura began her senseless screaming. She really is useless. She should make her scream a jutsu. Heh. Banshee screech. That would be a one hit kill technique.

We've been walking for 30 minutes now and Sakura is already complaining. Just to shut her up I told her I would let her ride on my back the whole way there. Now she's on my back asleep. She is surprisingly light. I looked to the ground and saw a puddle. A puddle? It hasn't rained in weeks. And its too hot for a puddle to still be out here.

Out of nowhere chains shot from the bushes and wrapped around Kakashi. The assailants pulled the chains and he was ripped to shreds. "Sasuke can you deal with this. I don't wanna wake Sakura from her nap." I said quickly. Sasuke grunted and attacked the ninja.

I ran over to Tazuna ready to protect him. Sasuke was knocked away and the two ninja dashes towards me. Right on time Kakashi put them in a choke hold. "Good job Sasuke. Naruto next time actually help." Kakashi said. I grunted and fixed Sakura before she fell off my back. Kakashi tied the two ninja to a tree and sent a clone to tell the hokage of the two ninja. He then motioned for us to follow him.

After walking a few more miles we made it to a dock and boater agreed to take us to the land of waves. I woke Sakura up and she thanked me for carrying her. We got on the boat and the boater turned on the motor and we were off to the Wave country. "Tazuna I think you owe us an explanation on why you are being targeted by enemy ninja." I said finally. "Wait we were attacked by enemy ninja? How come I wasn't awake when this happened?" Sakura asked. "Naruto didn't want to wake you so he had me fight them. And Kakashi stopped them from attacking you guys." Sasuke answered for me.

"Tazuna answer me." I ordered. I watched him flinch then he answered, "They are after me because of the bridge. A year ago a man named Gato came to the wave. He took over our country by force. Using thugs and ninja. He cut off all trade routes causing our country to turn poor. Our only hope is the bridge. And that's what gato fears most. So in order to finish the bridge safely we hired you guys. But we didn't have enough money to pay for a B rank mission or higher. Hell even our Feudal lord is poor." Tazuna explained.

He looked at all of us. Kakashi was deep in thought until finally, "We'll continue the mission." He stated. I looked to Tazuna to see he had tears in his eyes. "Thank you, Thank you so much." He cried.

We made it to shore and started walking to Tazunas village. Sensing something nearby I threw a kunai into a bush causing a white rabbit to dart out from the bush. A white rabbit. At this time of year. It was obviously raised in doors.

Listening to the voice I ducked down in time to dodge a big sword.

I looked up to see Kakashi pulling up his sharingan telling us to get into manji formation and guard Tazuna. I did as told and jumped in front of Tazuna holding a Kunai.

I looked to my left to see Sasuke Sharingan also active. But he was shaking and about to take his own life! "Sasuke!" Kakashi called. "Calm down. I won't let my teammates get hurt. I'll protect you all." He assured him.

"Don't ne too sure about that Kakashi." Zabuza said as he appeared within our defence. He swung his blade only to be blocked by Kakashis kunai. Kakashi then kicked zabuza and he turned to water. "A clone!?" "Behind you hatake!" Zabuza yelled as he swung his sword again cutting Kakashi in half. "Zabuza your done!" Kakashi stated behind Zabuza. "Not quite." He smugly said.

Zabuza flipped Kakashi over him and kicked him into the lake. "What?! This water doesn't feel right." Kakshi said. "WATER PRISON JUTSU!" Zabuza shouted.

It was too late for Kakashi as he was surrounded by water and held in place by Zabuza. I looked at the others to see that they were afraid. I turned back to Kakashi. "Naruto don't use it! Grab the others and run!" Kakashi ordered. "Sorry Kaka-Sensei. But even if we do escape he'll just kill you and come after us. So I'll have to use it." I told him.

I put my hands in a ram seal "NARUTO NO!" Kakashi yelled again. "Kai!" I shouted. My second genjutsu was Released. My hair grew even longer down to the end of my back. My bangs stayed where they were. My clothes changed back into my Robes. My blue eyes were replaced with the dark purple Rinnegan eyes. Ten Truth seeking balls came out of my back. And finally my staff appeared in my hands.

"Your eyes..... What are they..." Zabuza asked fearfully. "These eyes. They are the strongest. They make the Sharingan look like a baby toy. These eyes. Are the Rinnegan." I told him. I slowly walked towards him. My KI leaking out. I watched as he created water clones and sent them at me. One of the Ringlets in my eyes glowed as I pushed my hand towards the clones.
