Naruto The Great Sage

Training for the Chuunin exams! part 2

A cloud of dust roamed the area after the meteor crashed into the clearing. There was a deafening silence. A cough was heard and a figure in tattered armor pulled itself up. In front of it another figure was slowly getting off of the ground. His robe laying on the ground a few feet away.

The figure grasped his staff and tried to pull himself up. His golden form flickering on in off. His orbs lay next to him, shattered from trying to protect him from the meteor. The first figure slowly climbed to its feet and limped towards the second figure. The second figure shakily stood up and stared down the first.

The figures staff finally gave out and shattered into tiny pieces. The sudden loss of stability caused the second figure to fall to the ground. Its once bright blond hair was now matted with dirt and blood and packed in clumps on its head. It groaned in pain as the first figure kicked it. "You.... Got a lot of nerve.... You little... Shit."

The first figure coughed as a thick cloud of dust went into his mouth. It fell face first into the ground as the second figure grabbed his leg and pulled. "Fuck off old man..."

The two figures laid there. Too tired to move. "You are lucky I can't move. Or you'd be dead ten times over." Taro said tiredly.

"Same could be said for you." Naruto replied. They both felt the chakra signatures heading their way. "We will fight again someday. Sometime soon. I will be much stronger then. You should be too. Until next time. Golden Sage." Taro said as a mist ninja appeared and dragged him off. Kakashi and Sasuke appeared just as Taro left. Naruto struggled to get up and limped towards the remains of his godudama.

His Rinnegan glowed as the pieces were brought together to form the, albeit cracked, staff and godudama. Sasuke and Kakashi came on both sides and helped him back to the village, Sasuke holding his staff and Kakashi holding his tattered robe. His chainmail worn under the robe was torn showing his bare upper body with his seal and magatama tattoo on display.

Blood ran down his body in huge amounts from the gashes caused from the battle. They jumped into the trees and started multishunshining towards konoha.

20 minutes later

Sasuke and Kakashi landed within the Yamanaka compound with Naruto between the two of them. Naruto propped himself up with his cracked staff. His hair whipped back and forth in the wind(he has ssj 3 Goku hair but he has eyebrows). He slowly walked towards the Sandaime, ignoring the crowd that stood right behind him. His tattoos and seal displayed proudly. His Rinnegan glowing with power with the 9 tomoe spinning hypnotically on the rings.

He kneeled before the third Hokage with his head bowed and staff next to him. "Lord third. Ino Yamanaka has been successfully retrieved. Upon arriving to where she was brought there was a giant camp filled with two hundred mist ninja. All were wiped out but one. He was an A+ Rank ninja by the name of Taro Kanozaki, The Suijin No Kiri. I got ino away when he threw her and summoned a shadow clone to bring her back. After that we fought for a total of 2 hour before I managed to end it by summoning a meteor using my Rinnegan. After that he was taken away by a mist ninja promising to come back stronger than before to fight me again." Naruto explained.

The crowd gasped as he went into great detail about his fight.

(Prepare for a long as flash back. I'm putting in the last three chapters together.)

Flashback (play song now)

"You will pay for what you did to Ino!" Naruto growled as his Rinnegan glowed eerily. "You're a hundred years too early to try and fight me brat!" Taro yelled as he charged Naruto.

Taro charged Naruto and flashed through handsigns "WATER STYLE: WATER BULLET BARRAGE!" He shouted as multiple water bullets shot out of his mouth and slammed into a shield made of godudama. Naruto jumped high into the air as the tip of his fingers opened up to show chakra bullets forming. "Take this!" He shouted as bullets made of chakra rained down on Taro.
