IN 1995, THE UPCOMING HOLLYWOOD ROCK BAND Sunset Curve were supposed to rock the world. Their show at The Orpheum, the infamous music venue for the next rising stars in Hollywood, supposedly kicking their music career off and put them on the top and nothing can stop them from climbing.
That was until three of the four members, Luke, Reggie, and Alex plus Julianne that used to be in the band before deciding to do a solo career died tragic accident involving a bad hot dogs from a back of the car. Sunset Curve's big dream of becoming one of the biggest bands in the world were ruined, it was over within that one night.
Julianne Abbott everything was going right for her: loving mother, best grades, and amazing friends. All of that change when her mother met her new husband and was toxic whenever she tried to tell her mother what a terrible man he was but she was so blinded by love, she ignored her.
No matter what Julianne did her mother still won't believe her till her mother choose her new husband over her own flesh and blood so she did what every terrible mother would do disown her. Julianne was more than heartbroken feeling betrayed by the person she once called mother having no choice but to live at the school.
Once her friends figured out her living conditions they offered to let them stay with their families but Alex's parents weren't okay with him being gay, Reggie's parents were always a fighting, and Luke's well he just left them after fighting with his parents for being in a rock band so the only option was to live with Bobby's family.
Twenty-Five years later in the year 2020, the name Sunset Curve hasn't even passed the lips of the people in Hollywood for so long. Those who remember them were either old or gone and new generation has come along.
Julie Molina still grieving over the loss of her beloved mother the reason she got into music in the first place. Her mother's death has had a profound impact on Julie, losing her passion for music and struggling to keep her position in her school's music program. Julie stopped playing the piano and singing after her mother's death. She no longer looked into her dream box as it is filled with objects and song lyrics that remind her of her mother and she was signed up by her dad to attend therapy sessions.
However, fate said otherwise when Julie starts playing the CD from Sunset Curve and all of sudden, she can see the band and whenever they play music together they can be seen by others.
Will Reggie finally admits to his best friend?
