They were all set free quickly after Cece dropped that bombshell about Kate, then Isaac punched Severo in the face and he almost started another fight with Araya's family. Everyone already knew what they were, so he didn't hide his supernaturally animalistic features and he made Severo bleed... Isaac even went so far as to snap his canines and threatened Severo. Araya forbade Severo from retaliating, although she did threaten Cece's life... when Cece bites someone -- and she will, they always do -- the Calavera's will come for her, and she will die. Until that happens, they have sworn to leave her pack and Beacon Hills alone, they will even offer help whenever it was needed. Right now, that help came in the form of a Mercenary; Braeden who apparently knew where Derek was. THEY ALL KNEW EXACTLY WHERE DEREK WAS! Cece was pissed. This was all a game to them, they just wanted to know how long it would take her to realise that too. They didn't think she'd make it as the Alpha.
Braeden was being paid for this, so she's more than happy to guide them through the desert, and find Derek. The Calavera's were giving her enough money for it.
Stiles was driving his jeep, Lydia was sat in the passenger seat while Cece, Isaac, Kira and Malia were all squeezed into the back of the jeep. Their journey was silent and tense, they're still reeling from what they've discovered. Cece was still feeling the affects of the electricity. A blackness moved throughout Isaac's veins while he tried to absorb most of Cece's pain.
Malia lasted half an hour before she got annoyed with the silence. "Alright, I'll ask. Who the hell is Kate?!" She demanded.
Kira raised a hand. "I'd like to know too."
"Well, we were at her funeral." Stiles said with a confused laugh, shrugging at Cece and Lydia, who knew Kate the best. "So I'd like to know how she got out of a casket that was buried six feet underground!"
"She was never in it." Cece muttered.
Lydia actually answered Kira and Malia's question. "Kate was Allison's aunt, and a total sociopath." They knew all about the teenage werewolf hunter who their True Alpha was in love with. Allison died quite recently, by ninjas and, technically, Stiles -- she took her last breaths in Cece's arms. Allison's death was still incredibly raw for them. It's not something they'll ever truly get over... as a Banshee, Lydia felt Allison die; Cece and Stiles blamed themselves, still, for what happened that night.
Kira's expression dropped, now frowning in concern and replied. "You don't have to talk about it now if you don't want to."
"Um, yes, they do." Malia argued.
Cece pursed her lips. "No, Malia's right. You should know... you need to know."
"Kate was the one who set the fire that killed most of Derek's family." Said Stiles.
"... Some of them survived." Cece added, she didn't actually know how many Hale pack members survived. "Cora, Peter."
