The day before the war, they went through the strategy for the last time, confirming the divisions they were going to create to divide Shigaraki from other members of League of Villains and AFO. Fuka stood with the UA students listening to their strategy. She was asked to be a part of the war to help for injuries and she had also agreed for it. She cannot fight and that is the least she can do for the Heroes who had saved her but she had no idea in which division she will be a part of.
Best Jeanist the Heroes who were going to be a part of division battling Shigaraki. "I have one suggestion." He said looking at All Might and Principal Nezu.
Everyone looked at him with a question mark. "I think it will be better if Fuka-san becomes a part of the division versus Shigaraki." He continued. Fuka and others looked astonished. She was not someone who can fight.
"But.." before All Might could finish someone interrupted him.
"I don't agree to this." It was Bakugo who said, he was standing behind Best Jeanist. He looked at Fuka who was standing on his opposite side, beside Uraraka and All Might. Their eyes met as she looked at him at the same time.
"Bakugo shonen?" All Might wanted to know why he said it.
"She cannot fight and moreover, it is Shigaraki we are fighting against." He didn't want to speak about her panic attacks in front of everyone. Well, what he was saying was not wrong.
"We all know that but her presence there will be advantageous for us." Even Edgeshot felt that having her on the battlefield will be helpful.
"I know it will not be easy. We will keep her with Eraser Head and Monoma. What do you think All Might?" Best Jeanist asked him.
All Might gave it a thought. "I think it is okay but what do you think Fuka shoujo?" he looked at her.
"I-" she just started to speak but Bakugo interrupted, again.
"It doesn't matter if she agrees or not. Shigaraki will definitely try to gain her or most likely kill her because of her quirk. It is dangerous to have her there." He was firm on his point.
"I-" Fuka started speaking with a bit loud voice so that Bakugo doesn't interrupt her. "I agree to Best Jeanist and others. I will be there, with Aizawa sensei and Monoma san." She said confidently, looking at Bakugo.
Bakugo clicked his tongue feeling annoyed. All Might and Midoriya exchanged glances and then they looked at Bakugo. It was rare for Bakugo to cover up for someone this much. Midoriya did find it different than the usual Bakugo but he had heard about Fuka from Uraraka and he thought that Bakugo was being rational in her case.
"I agree to what Bakugo kun is saying." Uraraka said in his side. "But at the end, it is Fuka chan's decision." Bakugo looked at her thinking that at least she will side him but at the end she also entrusted the decision on Fuka. He let out a sigh.
At the end, it was decided that Fuka will be in the division fighting against Shigaraki. The pro heroes were still discussing something while the students were dismissed. Fuka was outside looking at the night sky, the stars were shining brightly. Even though she had confidently agreed to help in the war, she couldn't stop her anxious heart. She kept her hands on her heart, it was beating faster than usual indicating her fear and anxiety. She closed her eyes taking deep breaths trying to calm herself.
"It's fine. Calm down." She kept muttering. But past came flooding in. Their voices, her painful yells and crying everything came flooding in. Tears rolled out of her eyes as she once again collapsed on the ground. Bakugo was searching for her trying to stop her for coming to the battlefield. As heard from Uraraka, after dinner Fuka had said that she will have a walk outside so he was about to go out when he heard a noise of someone collapsing. He ran outside and saw Fuka crying. He knew it was going to be difficult for her.
