the shoot just ended and now we're on our way home, ion just picked me up from work.

"hey.." i heard ion's voice.

i turned to him.

"what's on your mind?" he asked as he saw me staring outside the window.

"i was thinking we should go out tonight with the kids." i said.

"why so sudden?" he chuckled before glancing at me.

"we need to apologize to scarlette.." i pout.

he then gave me a look and sigh.

"we do.." he said.

"and to argus as well, with all the happenings i think hindi na natin sila napag tu-tuunan ng pansin.." i said.

i just feel so bummed realizing na baka na aapektuhan na rin sila sa problema namin ng daddy nila.

"we were barely home these past few weeks.." i said feeling bad.

"i'm sure they'll understand babe, stop stressing yourself..." he said before holding my hand and kissing it.

he's been extra sweet to me these past few days since we had the talk.

"back to honeymoon phase ba ulit meme?" naalala ko tuloy ang sabi sa'kin ni lassy.

when we got home, scarlette and argus are in the living room watching tv.

"mama! papa!" argus immediately ran towards us before giving us a kiss.

"hi, baby!" i greeted him before his dad picks him up.

"what are you watching huh?" ion asked before kissing his forehead.

i turn around and saw scarlette just looking at us.

she doesn't wanna go near us.

"ma? pa? bati na po kayo?" i looked at argus and furrowed my eyebrow.

"hm? why'd you ask baby?" ion and i looked at each other.

"kasi po sabi ni ate mag ka away po kayo kaya wala kayo lagi sa house.." argus looks at us with sadness in his eyes while pouting.

i could feel my heart shattered, i don't like seeing him like that.

"baby..." i can't mutter a word.

"you know argus when two people fight it's better if they should be away from each other for a while so they'll have time to think and to not hurt other people around them so the next time they meet again they will be okay na, just like your mom and i, that's what we did to protect you guys because we love you..." ion smiled softly before holding my hand.

i just nod and smile too.

"so okay na po kayo? no more fight?" argus smiled.

"no more fight, i'm sorry." i can't help but to shed a tear before hugging him and kissing his cheeks.

if i had known they're feeling this way, matagal ko ng inayos to but i'm too caught up with my emotions, nakalimutan kong pwede pala silang maapektuhan.

"scarlette.." i turned to her that still standing in front of us.

"what? are you going to scold me?" she asked.

i shake my head.

"i love you anak.." i smiled.

she just stared at me for a moment and her tears started to form before she run towards me a pull me into a hug burying her face into my shoulders.
