" Mr. Huang, you have chronic leukemia, and there is a possibility of it advancing in the future. If you choose not to undergo treatment, you may have only 3 years to live"

"Everything ready to go" Allen knocked on my door before pushing the door open.

I replied, "Yes, everything's sorted. I'm looking forward to the coming years being the happiest, hopefully before my time comes to an end." without a trace of sadness in my voice.

But The sadness in Allen's eyes is evident.Knowing you may have to let go of your best friend, even when you have the power to save them, can be an incredibly difficult decision.

"Hey, why are you pouting? It would make things simpler for you - once I'm gone, you can inherit all of my property," I playfully suggested to Allen, who shot me a fierce look in return.I quickly added, "I'm just joking," with a wide grin on my face.

I truly believe that Allen is the only person who genuinely cares about me, aside from my mother.

Following my mother's death, the family with whom I once lived made me realize that living as an orphan may be rather preferable than to being part of such a family.

As death approaches, I find myself drawn back to the city where all my worst nightmares took hold.

I am heading to the city westlemania tomorrow with a newfound courage, not to hide from my fears but to seek revenge before it's too late.

"Make sure you go to bed early and do not even think about staying up reading manga until 3 am, or I will seriously harm you," Allen cautioned as he grabbed my ear."I understand, mother," I responded, emphasising the term 'mother'. He smacked my head before leaving my room.

Goodness, you cheeky thing, always telling me off, but I still love him anyway.

I didn't waste any time and quickly freshened up before getting into bed, but as I settled down, I felt like something was missing. I wondered what it could be when the answer appeared right next to me.I couldn't believe I had forgotten about my beloved cat, Ginger.

"What a terrible owner I am."

I took in Ginger at the age of 21, when he was only 4 months old. On my way back from a night shift, I heard his cries coming from a nearby garbage area.As I approached, I found him abandoned in a box with some food.It was clear that someone had left him there. I couldn't bear to leave him behind, so I decided to bring him home with me.Ginger has been a part of my life ever since.

"Hey there, ginger,"I beckoned him playfully to come to bed.At first, he protested a bit, but eventually he settled down next to me.I chuckled and drifted off to sleep peacefully, enjoying my rest.

The following day, we rushed to the airport to make sure we didn't miss our 7 am flight.Since pets weren't permitted on our flight, Allen's parents will be taking Ginger with them to Wrestlemania on the train, along with all our necessary belongings.

Many people are fooled by the appearance of Allen's parents. Allen's parents may seem simple, but it's hard to believe that they are actually successful business people.

I have known Allen as a friend for nearly 6 years, and I was able to keep a low profile with the assistance of Allen's parents.They ensured that my whereabouts and medical reports were not accessible to anyone after I left Wrestlemania to settle here in Rye Valley.

Remembering my entire life story, I realise that my previously lovely life will now be infiltrated by unsightly people, oh my.

Shortly, we arrived at the city that I used to know like the back of my hand, a place I once called home, but now that I am back, it feels unfamiliar and foreign to me.

"Kai! Are you okay?" "What's wrong?" Allen asked, concerned, as he shook my shoulders and snapped me out of my daze."Come on, I think we should go to the hospital," he suggested."Ally, relax, I'm fine, I was just lost in my thoughts.Let's go, I'm starving," I reassured him, tugging on his hand like a child.

"Hand me your bags, I'll put them in the taxi," Allen instructed, swiftly loading our luggage into the car without waiting for my response. His considerate gesture made me smile.

Allen, being a beta, possesses much greater physical strength than me, as I am an omega and have a weaker physique.While not all omegas are weak, they are now thriving and excelling in various fields.

Unfortunately, I am currently diagnosied cancer, and my doctor has advised me to avoid strenuous physical activities as my body quickly becomes fatigued and prone to injury.

We arrived at our city centre apartment complex.Now that I am in westlemania, I don't have to keep my identity hidden anymore.

There is a lot of work to do before I die.

Our flat is located on the 29th storey. I'm not sure why we ended up living so high up, but it's not really important, is it?When we arrived at our flat in the lift, I noticed Joshua, Allen's father, waiting for us with ginger.

I quickly grabbed ginger and asked, "Uncle, have you had any difficulties?Why are you standing here?You must be exhausted.Let me assist you." Uncle replied, "No, I don't require any assistance.I am still young and don't need help. And don't you ever lift heavy objects. Everything was sorted out before you arrived.You should rest, especially you, Kai. And don't give me those pleading looks," Uncle Joshua stated firmly.

Oops he knew my trick.

Spending five hours sorting everything out, it was suddenly time for lunch."Remember to take your medication"came Allen's voice from the kitchen.

Tsk, he always seems to be one step ahead.

"I must have missed that," Allen called out once more."Of course, sir," I replied, dripping with sarcasm.

After I took my medication, I started to feel slightly lightheaded, which is why I decided to lie down on my bed with ginger.

My life has been really tough, and certain people have made it even harder.It's time for them to experience the consequences of their actions.

I hope God shows them mercy because I won't.
