Enhypen is doing their concert in Korea as usual..
Everything is going as usual..
All the members are getting ready backstage..
"Okay are you all ready?" leader jungwon said
"Yes, we're ready!" all the members said excitedly
"Where's Jay hyung?" jungwon said scanning the room realizing jay isn't there.
"He might be in the washroom" Heeseung said giving a reassuring smile to jungwon
Jay entered backstage finally. He wasn't feeling well but hid it.
"Hey jay hyung.. You feeling good?" ni-ki said raising an eyebrow and looking at jay
"Yeah, I'm fine" jay gave a forced smile
"Your not fine hyung. Tell us what's wrong" ni-ki said coming closer to jay
"Fine. I don't feel so good. I don't know what happened" jay said as he hold onto his stomach
"Hyung. Sit down" jungwon said gesturing jay to sit next to him in a couch
Jay sat down next to jungwon and still held his stomach tightly and groaned a bit in pain.
"How bad is it?" jungwon said while he tried to calm down jay.
"I don't know... It just... Hurts... " jay said trying to calm down but it couldn't work.
"Did you eat anything today jay? " Heeseung said while he was fixing his costume
"I ate everything normal. I don't know what happened" jay said
After a while the time for the concert was here
"Jay hyung.. Rest. You can take the day off" jungwon said giving a bright smile to jay
"No.. It's okay.. I feel better. Let me do the concert. Please? " jay said after he felt a bit better.
"Are you sure?" jungwon raised an eyebrow as he was not sure if jay was okay.
"Yes, I'm fine" jay said giving a reassuring smile to jungwon
"Okay. Just tell anyone of us if you feel you need to take rest. Alright? " jungwon said
"Yes, leader. Let's go! " jay said getting excited
The concert started as usual.
Everything went well.
The members would glance at jay for a second and go back to performing.
After the third song..
Something terrible happened.
Jay wasn't able to walk at all.
His knee hurted so much.
Sunghoon and jungwon gave him support and helped him get out of stage.
"So, jay we have bad news..." the medical staff said coming to jay who was seated in the a chair backstage.
"W-what is it?". Jay said looking at the staff nervously
"Your.. Suffering from a chronic knee condition" the staff said feeling sorry for him.
"W-what...t-that can't be happening..." jay said as broke out in tears.
The rest of the members got to know it and quickly came to him to comfort him.
"We know hyung, we know it's hard" jungwon said rubbing his back to give him comfort
"This will be cured... In one condition" the medical staff said looking at jay.
"W-what is it.... I'll do anything" jay said wiping his tears.
"You have to stop.... Performing" all the staffs knew how much jay loved to perform.
"Stop performing? For how long?" jay said as tears were being held on his eyes
"For about two weeks" the medical staff told him while they knew jay couldn't perform in this state
"That's..fine.." jay said nodding
After a while... The members came back to perform.
Jay was there on stage..
He performed in a chair..
The others would look at him and make sure he was okay.
They would go up to him and make sure he didn't feel alone.
Jungwon also told engenes why jay was sitting on a chair and performing.
Engenes all understood that he couldn't perform at this state and everyone cheered for jay and told him to take care of himself.
All members gave their speeches at the end of the concert
It was jays turn
"Thank you everyone for coming here... I am very very sorry I couldn't perform well today" jay said looking guilty
All the engenes "awed" or said "take care jay" since they knew jay was truly trying his best to keep up.
"I hope I can come back stronger and better.. And members thankyou all for being with me" jay said smiling at the members after mentioning them.
"That's why we're here... We all are brothers hyung" jungwon said smiling at jay.
The boys all made a group hug and ended the concert successfully.
