Izuku could stare at his long time tormentor with hatred in his eyes. Standing across from him as the HPSC is practically bailing him out for killing all those innocent people for being "possessed" but Izuku could see through it all.
Katsuki was still the same arrogant piece of shit that thought only about himself, thinking only he matters and that the weak should perish. However, Izuku had enough and knew that Katsuki was a danger to hero society and had to be put down permanently.
Izuku: I don't give a damn what the HPSC said about disregarding your actions! YOU KILLED INNOCENT PEOPLE YOU BASTARD AND YOU THINK ILL LET YOU GET AWAY WITH IT!
As Sparks of electricity surrounded Izuku's body! His hatred so Katsuki at an all time high, however the same couldn't be said for his so called peers and classmates.
Kirishima: Dude chill out! Katsuki wasn't himself when he did that! He was possessed remember.
Kaminari: Seriously bro. We all saw AFO take over his mind, we can't blame that all on Katsuki.
However Izuku wasn't trying to hear any of that as his sights were set solely on Katsuki who was smirking arrogantly at him.
Katsuki: Come on Deku! Why so hung up on what happened, besides casualties happen all the time you can't save everyone.
Hearing the condescending tone in his voice, Izuku silently powered up before everyone as his aura surrounded him. A serious look on his face as no words were said. Katsuki smirked sadistically before powering up himself. Their eyes locked solely on each other.

As the U.A staff finally came to the scene witnessing Izuku and Katsuki about to throw down, as several staff members tried to deescalate the situation. Two of which being Izuku's "former" parents in his eyes.
Magnetic: Izuku Yagi! This behavior has gone on long enough! Cease this foolishness right now!!
As Magnetic yelled at Izuku, the boys attention was still directed towards Katsuki as he stared through her to get to him.
Iida: Yagi! Listen to Magnetic! This doesn't have to go any further than this!
Katsumi: Damnit listen to Magnetic Deku!
Sero: Seriously dude.
As the rest of his classmates were giving their two cents on the situation. Izuku finally had enough. As he raised his hand up, pointing directly at Magnetic catching the attention of everyone. As he began to charge an energy blast in his hands right at Magnetic, surprising everyone even Katsuki at his action!

Magnetic could only stare in shock as her own son had an energy blast ready to possibly kill her to get to Katsuki. The serious look in his eyes told her everything she needed to know. As she tried maintaining control of her emotions, she reluctantly moved over to the side.
