Izuku stood in front of Muscular as he was holding Kota hostage in the middle of the street.
Izuku: So this is what you wasted my time with? You kidnapped some brat to call me out to fight you?
Muscular: It got your attention didn't it. So what's it going to be? You plan on fighting me or should I have to wring this little brats neck.
As Muscular adds slight pressure to Kota's neck causing him to groan out in pain. Mandalay tries to breakthrough and get to her nephew but is held back by the rest of her team.
Izuku: *smirks* I like the way that you think. Taking a hostage is smart because it shows just how really weak these so called heroes are in situations like this. I bet they expect you to come peacefully and they'll meet your demands *laughs*
Muscular: I heard about you? You're that kid who everyone turned their back on simply because you were quirkless even those so called heroes of society. Then you unlocked your quirk and began raising hell at anyone who tries to get in your way.
Izuku: That's right I was once that weak child that allowed people walk all over me but now as you can see, I've become the one thing they fear. Someone with no remorse. Even that so called HPSC knows I won't hesitate to kill all of them in that building.

As Izuku says this with a sadistic smirk on his face as this was all being captured live as the news reporters who arrived at the scene were capturing the interaction. To many who knew about Izuku they couldn't believe this change from him.
Izuku: It was thanks to this wretched society that allows for this dormant power of mine to awaken, all the abuse, the neglect, all the beatings I suffered. It was all to make into what I truly am. A person so powerful with no remorse that I will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
As Izuku powers up and points out his two index fingers and his thumb out towards Muscular as he began charging energy.
