7. Surpise. Its me

Waiting outside the tent Y/N was being tended in. Min continued to pace back and forth from outside.

Shang had to eventully Grab onto his shoulders, stopping him from pacing to give him a look of reassurance.

Yao, Ling and Chien Po bit bit onto their nails nervously.

Eventually, the medic walked out and a soon as he did, Min rushed in.
Shang was taken aback, but didn't follow in yet as the Medic wanted to talk to him.

Hearing someone enter, Y/N slowly opened her eyes and smiled gratefully to see it was Min.
"Min!"
she sat up, only for her blanket to fall and expose her bandaged chest. Although... her chest wasn't as flat as a man's chest was supposed to be.

Min's mouth hung open, Y/N gasped and quickly pulled the blanket up as she cringed.

"I needed to protect Lian!" Y/N sputtered out.

"I-but-you-how-" Min grabbed his forehead in even more of a panic. Y/N cringed even more. "Y/N they'll kill you if they find out?! C'mon Quick!" He kneeled beside her the blanket, holding it up to recover Her.

But he's efforts were too late, Shang had walked in by then and saw everything.

Y/N cringed again as Min looked horrified.
"I can explain!" She quickly said, Shang crossed his arms as Chi Fu ran into the tent.

He gasped. "So it's true!"

Shang walked out angrily.

"I knew there was somthing wrong with you!" Chi fu spat, Min went to stand in front of Y/N protectively, arms outstretched but that didn't stop Chi Fu, he ducked under his arm and grabbed Y/Ns wrist and thrusted her out the tent.

"A woman!" He pulled her hair out the bun, making Yao, Ling and Chien Po gasp. He threw her to the ground and Min rushed to her, pulling the blanket up around her more and securing it tighter so she was covered.
"Treacherous snake!"

"My name is Y/N!" She said firmly, looking up at the group.
"I did it to save my brother!" She turned to Shang.

"High treason!" Chi Fu yelled, pointing his finger. Min glared at him, he still stood in front of Y/N.

"He's only fourteen!"

"Ultimate dishonour!" Chi Fu yelled in her face, Min was clutching Y/N in his arms protectively as he glared at Chi Fu.

"It was the only way!" Y/N fired back, Shang was still  faced away from her.

"I would have looked after him." Min said gently, holding her tighter and doing his best to shield Y/N as best as he could from the group.
"I'd have protected him." He moved a Piece of hair away from her face.

"I didn't want to lose you too. You needed to look out for yourself as well." Y/N replied, grabbing at the hand he had by her head and brining it down.

Chi fu scoffed, walking next to Shang. "Captain?"

Shang turned to the horse and pulled off her Sword that was hanging off its side. The horse neighed, Min gasped and stood up angrily. Y/N sighed defeatedly and hung her head.

"Restrain him!" Chi fu ordered, some man went to hold back the horse.

Shang walked towards Y/N, Min stood up straighter and Yao, Chien Po and Ling gasped and ran forward. But Chi Fu held his arm up.
"No! You know the law!"
