Taylor's Pov:
We stood there wondering what we could do about the strange Calls. I couldn't help but wonder what if Joe and Layla were still alive and taunting us by tracking our numbers down? Anything was possible as their Bodies weren't the ones that was found when there was a Fire Investigation instead it had been two Innocent Former Neighbors that Austin and I had know when we used to live in that Neighborhood.
"Don't panic, those Numbers could be from anyone, someone pulling a sick joke. It is close to Halloween and lots of Dumb Kids and Teenagers are trying to pull some sick and twisted Joke. We just need to Block the Numbers and just try to go on with our lives. How bout we go do some Halloween Shopping? Doing that should take our mind off things".
I nodded I was trying so hard to not start panicking. Austin didn't really know Joe as good as I did, Joe was a complete scary Psycho and his Ex Wife made his perfect Partner in Crime. They probably had those poor Neighbors Killed just to send us a warning and to let us know they were still out there. "But still, we need new Phone Numbers and New Identities especially when we go out you never can be too careful".
Going out in Public made me nervous. At least when we were at Home we are in our Safe Place as long as we kept the Doors shut. But going out in Public made me nervous to be around anyone. That following week, I had dyed my Hair Red and had gotten a Makeover and wore Contacts to change my Eye Color. Austin had gotten a new look to he no longer had long hair but his Hair was Shorter and he grew a Beard I think the Beard looks sexy on him.
We entered the local Target store close to where we lived. Abigail told me that this was where a lot of People shopped for their Halloween Costumes and Candy. Both me and Austin took a look at the Costume Selection. I chose a Sexy Witch Costume that would make me look like a Witch from Charmed. Austin looked around until he found something he could see himself dressing up as. He saw I was Dressing up as a Witch so he found a Warlock Costume to wear that would look great with my Costume.
Next we went to get Halloween Makeup that we are supposed to wear with the Costume. Austin didn't like the idea of wearing Makeup and was like "Oh no, your not expecting me to put on that junk are you?" He liked at me with his eyes wide open terrified at the thought of wearing Makeup.
Taylor couldn't help but giggle at him. "Austin, haven't you ever played Dressup for Halloween before as a Kid? It's for one Night only and the kind of Makeup you'll be wearing isn't going to make you look pretty, it will make you look Scary.Other Men close to your age will be wearing it. Nobody is going to tease you for wearing it for one Night. And Warlocks for wear Makeup".
She had a point thought Austin "Okay I'll wear it, but for one Night only. While we are here we should get the stuff we are supposed to bring to the Party and some Candy for Trick or Treaters". Austin wasn't sure if Kids stopped by their House but it didn't hurt to be prepared.
Taylor nodded "That's what we came here for to. I was thinking about making some homemade Halloween Cupcakes with Skull and Spider Rings added to it and Ghosts and make Cute Halloween Bags filled with Candy". Taylor was getting excited about Halloween at least they could focus on something besides their own problems.
By the time they reached Self Check out, they had a Buggy full of Halloween stuff and they paid for it and left the Store to go back to their House. Taylor got started on the Cupcakes for the Party she would make more for the Trick or Treaters to on Halloween Night. The Candy Bags wasn't real hard to do she placed them in a Candy Bucket that she found at Target and placed it in the Food Pantry. They were just about all Set for tomorrow Evening's Party.
