Chapter 12: Let's Go Home!

[TAEMIN'S POV]

"H-Hana?" Minji stuttered. I looked back and forth from Minji to the mysterious girl.

"Surprise!" the girl exclaimed and jumped on Minji, hugging her. The girl had her hair in a long high ponytail like Minji's, except her hair was light brown. She wore jeans and a t-shirt saying 'ITAEWON FREEDOM'.

"What are you doing here?" Minji said to the girl.

"I'm on vacation!" shrieked the girl and they hugged agin, jumping around all over the place.

"Uh..." I said uncomfortably. The girl turned to look at me and her jaw dropped. Great...

"I...oh my God...Taemin...SHINee..." she stuttered, not quite grasping her words properly. He suddenly faces me and bowed.

"I am a huge fan of SHINee!" she said. She turned back to Minji and scream-whispered, "That's Taemin!"

"I know, I know. I came here with him." Minji said and rolled her eyes. Funny...

"Yeah, but by now, you should know their names! How about their-" and Minji interrupted her by slapping her hand over her friends mouth.

Weird...

[MINJI'S POV]

Oh crap.

My cover was almost blown.

If Taemin ever figures out that I never liked SHINee, they would hate me forever, maybe kick me off the show, and possibly end my future singing career.

I can't let that happen.

I give Hana a look that says to shut up, and turned to Taemin, "This girl? Psh~ She's crazy," I removed my hand from her mouth. She narrowed her eyes.

"Are you finished paying?" asked the ahjumma behind the counter.

"Oh! I'm sorry," said Hana. She went back to the clerk to pay for what she got. I finished paying for mine and we walked out together.

"Hana, you never introduced yourself properly to Taemin." I told her.

"Oh! Uh, ah, sorry, I'm so sorry," she faced the little brown haired boy, "My name is Hana. I'm 19 and Minji's best friend!" she bowed and cautiously held out her hand and Taemin shook it.

"Nice to meet you~" he said and gave her a cute smile that could put thousands of noonas in jail. I could see Hana about to faint. She stared at him

"C'mon now~" I scoffed and pulled her away. Literally. I grabbed her by the waist and dragged her away from the cute boy, her suitcase walking along with us.

When we got out of the door, she and I groaned under the heat.

"Why is it so hot here?" Hana whined at me. "I'm wearing jeans and my legs are sweating buckets right now."

"We really don't need to hear that." I say, wrinkling my nose in disgust. I turn to Taemin, "Sorry for my friend's behavior,"

He grinned, "It's okay. I like girls who are honest,"

Hana whisper/squealed, while I mentally face palmed, "Why are you acting like this now?"

"She's a loyal fan; you never did any stuff like this,"

"That's because I'm not a lame fangirl," I retort and he pouts. Turning back to Hana, I say, "We've been standing here for a few minutes now, and I think I want to get home and plug this bad boy in so I can enjoy the coolness," I tell her, referring to the fan, "Where are you headed?"

"I'm supposed to go to my grandma's house, but she's old and boring," Hana says while pouting, "I don't know where to go."

"Aish," I cursed under my breath.

"She can stay with us!" Taemin says.

"Noooo no no no," I replied. We might end up in the hospital if we have Hana stay for even half a week.

"What!? Why!?" she whines like a child. I huffed.

"Fine, but I'm only saying this because I'm hot and I wanna go home," I turn the other direction, "Where's your car?"

"Home,"

"In Busan?!"

"Yeah,"

"How'd you get here?"

"Plane,"

"Was it expensive?"

"Yes," she laughed and I chuckled.

"Onward!" I shouted as we walked to the direction of our house.

Minji: Yes...

Author-nim: Anywho, thank you guys so much for 2,000 reads! Wow, I got 400 more reads in four days. Kamsahamnida! Oh my God, I'm smiling to myself now! "My Love" is slowly approaching 2,500 reads, and if possible, I hope we get 3,000 reads soon! *throws chair in excitement* 

Onew: *walks in* Hey guys! What are- *sees Author-nim* Not this again... *leaves*
