As the night fell Riya couldn't sleep so was standing against moon...

Ruhaan approached her. She stepped back, but he kept coming, his eyes burning with questions. Riya stood frozen, her back against the wall, Finally, her head touched the wall, and Ruhaan's hands grasped her shoulders, holding her in place.

"What are you doing, Ruhaan?" Riya pleaded, trying to push him away. "Come to your senses, what are you doing?"

But Ruhaan's grip only tightened. "Why is your heart beating so fast?" he whispered, his breath hot against her ear. "Why aren't you running from me? Ask yourself, what do you think I am? A monster who wants to get close to you?"

Riya's eyes widened as Ruhaan's words poured out. "Do you think I'm here to do what happens between a couple? No, I'm not that kind of boy. You think I married you  just to get you become mine a get you pregnant??? No we married for your sake to get you justice....."

Riya's face flushed, her mind racing. "I...I didn't mean it I explained you Ruhaan..."

Ruhaan's grip loosened, his eyes searching hers. "You thought I'd force myself on you tonight? That I did all those things – the dance, the gifts – just to make you mine? No, Riya, never."

He took a step back, his chest heaving. "Today, you misunderstood me. I promise, I won't hurt you. I just want to protect you, I'll stay away so that you aren't hurt anymore."

Ruhaan stepped out of the room, his mind reeling with thoughts. What had just happened? He couldn't understand why Riya had reacted that way. Was she really afraid of him?

As he walked away, Riya stood frozen, her thoughts swirling. Why had she felt safe with Ruhaan, even when he was so close? She couldn't deny the flutter in her chest, the way her heart skipped a beat when he touched her.

Was she...falling for him?

Riya's eyes widened in shock. No, it couldn't be. She was just grateful for his protection, that's all. But the memory of his warm breath on her skin, his gentle touch, lingered.

She shook her head, trying to clear the confusion. What was happening to her? She couldn't fall for Ruhaan, not now, not ever. But the doubt lingered, a nagging voice in her mind.

Meanwhile, Ruhaan paced outside, his thoughts mirroring Riya's. What was happening between them? He couldn't deny the spark he felt when he touched her, the way his heart raced when she was near.

He stopped pacing, looking up at the stars. Was it possible? Was Riya afraid of me? Am I crossing my limits? Could I really be falling for  wife?

Riya burst out of the house, her feet pounding the pavement as she ran towards Ruhaan. She flung her arms around him, embracing him tightly.

"Ruhaan, I'm so sorry!" she exclaimed, her voice trembling. "I was wrong to doubt you. Anushka planted seeds of mistrust, and I fell for it."

Ruhaan's arms enveloped her, holding her close as he stroked her hair. "Shh, Riya. I know. I understand."

Tears streamed down Riya's face as she pulled back, her eyes locking onto Ruhaan's. "I should have trusted you. I'm sorry for what I said today."

Ruhaan's smile was gentle. "You don't have to apologize, Riya. I know Anushka's games. But I'm glad you saw through her lies."

Riya's face buried in Ruhaan's chest, her arms wrapping tightly around him. "I trust you, Ruhaan. I'm sorry I ever doubted you."

As they stood there, wrapped in each other's arms, the tension and misunderstandings melted away.
