Abhimanyu birla

As I made my way down to Arohi’s room, desperation weighed heavily on my chest. Just as I was about to knock, she appeared, concern etched on her face. “What’s going on?” she asked, her eyes scanning my tear-streaked cheeks.

I struggled to find my voice, overwhelmed by the turmoil inside me. She pieced it together quickly. “You both fought? Di won’t open the door? Something big happen!!? Ohh She knows the truth now! Oh my God, how—”

I could barely respond, the words caught in my throat. “Please, tell her to open the door, Arohi. It’s so important for her to understand. If she doesn’t, who knows what might happen?” Panic surged through me as I imagined the consequences of her silence.

“Wait, Abhimanyu,” she said, her voice steady and reassuring. “She won’t want to talk to you right now. I’ll go and talk to her. Just give me a moment; I won’t say anything about you. You need to explain this to her yourself. Just stay here; I’ll bring her to you. We can’t let this linger , after I'll go to the workers and uncle to submit documents —if not, Dad will come here himself.”

I nodded, feeling a flicker of hope. Arohi understood the gravity of the situation, and I trusted her to bring her back to me. I waited, my heart racing as I anticipated what was to come.

Akshara goenka:

I couldn't believe he would deceive me. Abhimanyu couldn’t do something like this—why would he lie to me? I don't know why, but my heart refuses to accept the truth, even though I know deep down that he lied. He’s been the source of my happiness, despite everything I’ve been through in my past. The pain of being separated from my family, being an adopted girl learning to survive alone without my parents, even though they weren't my birth parents, had left me scarred. Yet, when Abhimanyu entered my life, I thought he truly loved me, that his love was genuine.

But now, with my trust shattered, I can't understand why he did this. My heart feels unbearably heavy. Did he really betray me to settle an old score? Goenkas and Birlas have been rivals for ages, but could that rivalry be behind this? Could Abhimanyu have used me for revenge? The thought pierces deeper than any lie.

I was lost in my thoughts, replaying the painful memories over and over, when suddenly, a knock on the door pulled me out of my haze. I heard Arohi’s voice, soft yet insistent, calling out, “Akshu di, open the door. Di, I know you're hurt, but please, before you misunderstand him, just listen to him once.”

“Aaru, please go away!” I replied, louder than I intended, my voice laced with frustration. “I just need to be alone right now. You always take his side, but you don’t know what happened!”

“No, di, you don’t understand. I know everything,” she continued, her tone unwavering. “He's Abhimanyu Birla, and his brother is Neil Birla, who I’m dating! I can answer every question you have—just open the door and let’s talk. You need to know the whole truth; half-truths are always dangerous, di.”
