The phone rang, and he excused himself, stepping away to answer the call. As he turned to leave, I caught a glimpse of his navy blue hoodie, a subtle hint of his impeccable style. With him gone, I was left alone with my thoughts.

My gaze drifted to the person seated beside me. Their nervous fidgeting was palpable, but I hesitated to offer any comfort. A wave of awkwardness washed over me, and I chose silence.

From Vishwa's prov...........

"Hi, I'm Megha," she greeted me with a radiant smile, extending her hand.

"Hello," I replied, my voice barely a whisper.

"I'm so thrilled to finally meet you in person," she confessed, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "I've been smitten with you since I first saw your profile."

Her enthusiasm took me by surprise. "What?" I questioned, my brow furrowed in confusion.

"I first saw you at a modeling competition in the US," she explained. "I was instantly captivated. I never imagined you'd be single."

Her reaction sent a jolt through me. My gut instinct warned me that this encounter would be anything but ordinary.

Mustering a forced smile, I began, "Actually, there's something I need to tell you..."

"Of course," she replied eagerly. "I'm all ears."

"I don't want to hurt you," I began, my voice filled with sincerity.

I cleared my throat. "The truth is, I'm already in a relationship."(I lied).

"What?" she stammered, her voice trembling with disbelief. "Why didn't you say so earlier?"

"I'm truly sorry," I apologized. "I only learned about this meeting this morning. I gave her the same reason."

"So, is she more beautiful than me?" she asked, curiosity piqued.

From Sahasra's Prov...........

I was also wide awake listening out of curiosity what web he will be going to knit at the moment.

He turned to me, his gaze soft and tender. A gentle smile played on his lips, and my heart skipped a beat.

I quickly averted my gaze, feeling a surge of nervousness.

"Actually, she's incredibly beautiful," he said, his voice filled with admiration. "She's simple yet captivating, like the serene glow of moonlight. Her smile is infectious, and she has the power to brighten my darkest days. She brings me a sense of peace and tranquility."

"Okay, enough," she interrupted, her voice tinged with disappointment. "I can see how deeply you care for her just by looking at you."

He finally turned his attention back to me, his eyes meeting mine. A warm smile spread across his face, and I couldn't help but return it.

From Vishwa's Perspective (Continued).........

"I know everyone seems to be taken these days," she admitted. "It was foolish of me to assume you were any different, especially considering your impressive profile. I thought I'd take a chance, but unfortunately, luck wasn't on my side."

"It's okay," she replied graciously. "I appreciate your honesty. I wish you all the happiness in the world." She stood up, her composure returning.

"I'm sorry for any inconvenience," I apologized.

"No worries at all," she assured me. "I wish you a fulfilling love life. I won't trouble you any further." With a final smile and a goodbye, she left.

Relief washed over me as she walked away. I wanted to share my good fortune with someone. My gaze turned towards the woman I had just met, a grin spreading across my face.
