It's Monday morning and I'm still in bed, smiling sheepishly at myself as I thought of what Austin would be doing right .

As if thinking wasn't enough for me, I got out bed and walked to my window.

I was about opening the window when I noticed he was standing at his window, and guess what? He was looking my direction.

He must not see me like this.

I said to myself as I promptly walked to the mirror to see how bad I looked.

"Jo!" Mom screamed from the living room and I ignored " Aren't you going to school today??, It's fucking past seven and you are still on bed" she added.

Immediately my head registered her words, I stopped what I was doing.

It's past seven?.

Oh my gosh!, I hate going to school late, especially on Mondays cause I'll have to sit at the front row and I won't be able to secretly steal glances on him.

With full speed I rushed into the bathroom, it took me just thirty to forty minutes to shower and do other necessary stuffs

Here's another thing that's gonna delay me, dressing up.
I usually do take my time to get dressed so as to look hot and attractive, in order to attract Austin's attention, but I don't think it's really working cause I'm still invisible to him.

" Jo Jo!" Mom called again and I answered this time around with a little groan "Yes, Mom!"

" I'm off to work darling. Make sure you eat something before you leave okay! "

" Okay " I replied.

" Good" she said and I heard retreating footsteps and then the creak of the door opening and closing .

I searched randomly through My closets for a while for something new and classic, but when I couldn't find any, I decided to settle for something casual.

A ripped off jeans short,A crop top accompanied with a hoodie and a white sneakers.

I didn't bother to apply some makeup to my face cause I looked beautiful just the way I am and I'm certain i can win a beauty contest with or without makeup, cause I'm beautiful.

it's not like I'm bragging about my beauty or something, I'm just being confident with the way I look.

I took one quick glance at myself on the mirror before exiting my room. My backpack, hanging firmly on my shoulder.

I rushed to the kitchen and grabbed an apple before leaving.

I boarded a cab to school.

In less than thirty minutes, I arrived at my destination.

I glanced at my wrist watch as I made my way into the School compound and couldn't believe my eyes.

It was few minutes past nine.

I've never been to school this late, I would have just stayed back and watch Netflix if I knew I would arrive this late.

The school, looked more like a graveyard, no human was outside, the only noise heard were the voices of teachers.

With my face buried to the ground I made my way to the locker room, where I met Vannie's crush, making out with Elsa, the new girl.

Immediately they noticed my presence they pulled away from each and pretended to be discussing something.

I ignored their presence, grabbed some books from my locker and left.

I walked to the classroom, my chest rising and falling , as I prayed to walk in to the classroom without being noticed by the teacher.
