They made a turn into the back side of the manor, only very little people were allowed here as only a few people were aware of Arabella's condition, the ones who were aware were sworn to silence as having a gossip erupt from within the manor about Arabella would be social disaster, just about twice the handful of the manor's knights a few maids and servants who were closely working for the family were aware of the situation.

"Here my lady let me help you" Freya says as she began untying the corset strings, Rebecca taking a stand at the entrance of the back porch in case someone makes an accident and finds themselves in a mess they may never be able to live down, Agnes assists with taking off her shoes.

With the help of her maids, Arabella found herself in a silk half top that embraces her generous bosom and a thin extra cotton flap that moves freely in the wind connecting the top of the upper wear and falling just shy of her navel below she dons a similar undergarment just covering her privates and bom, her thighs and stomach that housed the patterns revealed in the out, she takes her seat on the bench with a rest where she leans her head on

"So therefore, a national crisis is a major principle affecting the rise and fall of the people's purchase of goods, thereby affecting the economical growth, so house Kingston makes it a goal to make sure the people of the estate has enough when there's a national crisis. Herbs and other necessities are sold at near cheap rate to enable the people a chance to afford other items they would need during the crisis"

Arabella was currently having a successor's lesson with her brother it was obvious that Serid and Matt didn't want to be here but they had to because they believed it would be necessary when they earned a title, Arnold wasn't in class today, he had joined the meeting with their father whilst Serid kept trying not to get distracted, it was obvious watching him as he kept a still face all the time, every now and then he had a faraway look on his face it wasn't difficult telling he was imagining himself somewhere other than there. He was seated in front closest to their teacher and adjacent to Arabella, Matt was sharing a seat with her, since he was much taller than her, he had his hand over her shoulders busying himself playing with her hair, Arabella kept swatting his hand away although it seemed to only make him indulge her even more.

"You know this lesson isn't at all mandatory, brother" Arabella whispered rather angrily at her brother who only bothered her a glance her way, she was getting ticked off at his constant pestering

"True but this is the only other time I get to spend with my little sister, we both have different schedules and these days you tend to skip out on breakfast and dinner, either sleeping in or sticking your nose deep into a book somewhere" he responded not caring about making sure he had his tone lowered, he was serious about not really wanting to be there. Amongst all the Kingston son, Matt was the most peculiar, he was playmates with the second Prince which meant most of his time spent were in the castle, after that, he was training with the knights, therefore, he and Arabella rarely crossed paths, well except this successors class he was participating in, he made it a priority to attend, although he considered it necessary he also really wanted to see his sister as well.

"Regardless I really want to concentrate and you are making that very difficult Tie"

"Ra, I am not touching your ears, just your hair so I do not really see the issue here"

After that Arabella decided it was best to ignore him and soon the class was over, she was able to amass a significant note so she was truly pleased and so for the sake of it she turned her attention to her dearest third brother just before she returns to her room to delve back into the book she was reading

"Now you have my entire attention"

Matt watched his little sister for a while longer before resting his head on her shoulder

"Ra, I have missed you, you know"

"So have I, how's the second prince treating you?"

"Hmm he's alright, but forget him, how's my little sister been? it's been torturous having to be away for so long. You've been isolating yourself even within our home, Arnold said the last time he saw you was last week during the last successors meeting, can you imagine that, a whole week! And Serid says he tries to indulge you in conversations but you always seem out of it and wanting to go elsewhere, are you okay? You know you can tell me anything right?"

"Tie, I can assure you that I am fine, if there is something wrong you would be the first to know, but I think it could all be the stress about the epidemic, it has been making me antsy for the longest while now"

"Truly, is that really the reason?" Matt raises his head to give her an expression filled with concern

"Yes, I believe so" she gave him a reassuring smile which initiated a smile of his own, he then drops his head on her shoulder again

"You've let your hair grow out?"

"Yes, I have"

Dinner time and father didn't come for dinner, after his meeting he retired to his bedroom claiming to be feeling under the weather. Immediately, an ominous feeling struck Arabella as she sat there with her brothers, their mother had gone to their father's side. The atmosphere had chilled, no one wanting to air out their thoughts, in the current crisis any form of illness was terrifying as no one really knew how the disease spreads

"Father will be okay, he's mainly just stressed from the meeting, he is the lord of this estate after all so, you don't have to worry Bella" it was Arnold that spoke, his warm smile was just like their mother's not to mention him taking all of her qualities, if their mother was a man she would definitely had been identical to Arnold, even though they were all their father's son in character he was the only one who took a lot of his personality from their mother

"Alright, I believe you after all nothing is set in stone yet" Arabella tried her best to be convincing but she could hardly believe herself much less her brothers, speaking of brothers Arabella finally caught notice of their seating arrangement with both Serid and Matt sitting on both her sides, Arnold sitting directly across her she was once again reminded of how her brothers coddled her and Matt wasn't helping matters by piling up her plate.

Dinner went on and Arabella was finally able to swallow the bad feeling she had stuck in her throat alongside her meal soon after that she went to bed

Two weeks later, father wasn't getting better and so was her mother.

And brothers.

AUTHORS NOTE

The nicknames Arabella and her brother used started from a short story once upon a time, just when Arabella was learning to read at six years she had lost her two front teeth, she was frustrated as she couldn't properly pronounce the 'T's in her brother's name so when she learnt how to spell 'Tie' she began calling Matt that for the fun of it and it made her even happier because he hated it, the older brothers teased him for it so to get Arabella back he just thought it would be funny to call her 'Ra' and that was pretty much how their nicknames were formed, apparently 'Bella' was too cute and everyone called her that.
