Two people who love each other have to conquer their love, to build their lives and their feelings, not only against circumstances but also against all those things in them that limit, multilate, hinder or weigh on them. A love is not conquered on the world but on oneself.

After what happened last week at our dinner date, I thought that Manasvi would get weird with me, and I didn't do the right thing by asking her to confront me. Afterall, it's her decision, her privacy, and it's not right to invade someone else's privacy. I thought, when she gets comfortable she'll share things with me. But, I was completely wrong, after that night, Manasvi started texting me frequently. She started telling me about how was her day, what all happened in her college, how were her auditions going, everything. I liked it? No. I loved it. Because, it was now that she was letting me in her 'silly little world', she called it that, but i was happy being a part of it. The firmament that Manasvi is, was slowly but beautifully unfolding in front of me.  And, the jigsaw puzzle of my life was finding its missing pieces with each new call or text that Manasvi made to me. Now, the next step was introducing her to my family. But before that taking her to a d'yavol event 'with' me.

"Mana," I said, as we sat at a cafe in Nariman Point, "I wanted to ask you something."

"Go ahead." she said, sipping her coffee.

"Will you.. will you come with me to the dyavol event with me?" I was afraid that Manasvi will say no or maybe be hesitant at first, so I was certainly taken by surprise when nothing as such happened.

"Of course. I will. I've been to a dyavol event. Remember? Taj Lands End? They are dope." she pronounced.

"Wow-- yeah, right." I responded, surprised.

"How much are the tickets?" she asked.

"Hein?" I asked being confused.

"The tickets for the event?" she replied, "Is the event free or what?" she laughed.

"No, its not free. But you don't need any tickets." I said, looking at her in the eyes.

"Why? No." By now I kind off knew that she was asking this intentionally. "Bolo."

"Because you're coming with me. And, moreover, it's my brand, my event, my rules. Periodt."

She laughed hard.

I was very excited to have Manasvi at my event. She had already been to one once, but this time I wanted her to experience the thrill of it. I know, she is not that fond of clubbing and moreover she doesn't drink, despite I was content that she said yes to coming with me.

I donned a white tee, denim jacket and black cargos, all from d'yavol.

I was eager to see Manasvi, so I reached her doorstep early. Anu opened the door.

"Where's.. Manu?" I asked curiously.

"Arey, have patience yaar, she's coming." Anu laughed seeing my eagerness.

I stepped inside the house when Anu gestured me to come in, the other moment, I lifted my head up, and in saw Manasvi walking toward me, decked in her short black bodycon dress, hair tied up in a bun, maroon lips, golden hoops in her ears, and a charm bracelet.
