"Abrielle come dung stairs come eat sumn" My mom shouted from downstairs.
I sighed got up and went downstairs where I saw my little sister and dad was there already eating.
Honestly doh waa eat wid dem.
I sat down and stared at the food not wanting to eat any.
"Suh yaah naah eat ih food?" My dad asked while pouring him self a cup of juice.
"Mi nuh reall have an appetite" I said my head down not looking up from the food.
"Might come ova deh a box yuh dung boh yuh nuh appetite yuh nuh eat nun from mawning and people a gi yuh hot food and yuh nuh waah nyam" My dad hissed his teeth.
"James calm dung if shi no waah eat shi can eat lata"
My dad hissed his teeth and continued eating. He always prefered my brother and sister over me even though I was the oldest
So majority of the time I spend alone or isolate myself cause me naah nooo luck wid dah man yah.
"Mi can go back up please" I asked my mom who was feeding my baby sister.
"Gallang sah"
I got up and left the table and went back up to my room. I laid on my bed a tear fell from my eye.
And a dem people deh mi call family what a ting ppl?
I picked up my phone and called the only person who I could talk to about this. Alex even tho we were not on good terms right now.
I rang him up and on the secong ring he answered.
"Yo yuh miss me already?" He said in a teasing tone.
"Oh please"I said and rolled my eyes even tho he can't see me.
"Yuh busy?"
"Ye but eh can wait waam?"
"Juss waa smaddy fi talk to."
"Juss seh yuh waah mi" he tease me again. I chuckled softly.
"Yuh soo delusional"
"But fi real waam?"
"Nun really just bored and hungry"
We talked for a few hours but he had to hang up early cause he was going somewhere. Good to know we were back on good terms.
I got up and went in my second drawer a secret compartment where I kept my cigars.I tried quitting but it wasn't working.
