"Hi boys~ how was school?" Grandeeny asked as Natsu and Gajeel walked in the front door.
"Awesome!" Natsu exclaimed.
"It was fine" Gajeel responded as the two sat at the coffee table in the living room to start their homework
"This stupid question is too hard!" Wendy whined.
"Well it says at the top that you can't have any help from parents or siblings because you're supposed to know it yourself" Grandeeny said from the kitchen and Wendy frowned but after a minute or so she smiled and turned to Gajeel.
"I found a loophole~" she beamed excitedly and Gajeel knew exactly what she meant.
"I've only lived here for a few days and she's already taking after me" he grinned and Wendy giggled.
"Alright the question is, 'How can you make 5+5+5=550 be true by just drawing one line?' it's impossible!" she exclaimed and burried her face in a nearby pillow in frustration.
"That's what you're stuck on? It's easy, just change the plus sign between the first two 5s into a 4" Gajeel explained and Wendy facepalmed.
"Why didn't I think of that?? You're the best Gajeel!" the bluenette giggled as she hugged her cousin and solved the problem.
"Yay I'm done! I'll be in the backyard!" she exclaimed excitedly and ran out the back door.
"Since when have you known so much?" Natsu asked curiously as he doodled next to a question he was stuck on.
"You didn't know that?" Gajeel asked as he finished his homework.
"Since when have you been so smart?" Natsu asked as his phone buzzed and he looked to see who texted him.
"I ain't that smart" Gajeel protested and crosses his arms.
"Dude you take nothing but advanced classes" Natsu fired back as he put his phone back in his pocket.
"Those are advanced classes?" the blackette asked and Natsu stared at him in shock, Gajeel's phone buzzed and he looked to see who texted him.

Gajeel put his phone back in his pocket and he looked over at Natsu who nervously scooted away from him a little "Why'd you give her my number?" Gajeel asked "She begged me for it, besides she's in your group and she's really awesome" Natsu responded "Hey boys! Can one of you go bring Wendy back inside while I finish up dinner?" Grandeeny asked from the kitchen and Natsu instantly got up.
"I'll do it!" the pinkette called back and went out the back door. Gajeel leaned against the red couch and sighed, he felt a buzz in his pocket again and he looked to see who texted him.
