Aisla's Pov:
Woah! I've never seen things like this before! I was gonna touch it when i heard a familiar voice coming from afar. It's the king!
"Oh Hi there, you must be aisla from the village?" The king just called me!
"Ah-"
"She's aisla, agapi mou." Queen illiana said.
"Ahh-yes! that's right! I'm aisla! My bad i didn't introduced myself-"
"Ok,ok, i've known you since your grandmother and grandfather came." He smiled.
"Yes, i already know that, i have to-"
"Agapi mou, can you gave us a sec." King gavriil said to queen illiana, the queen nodded and immediately leave the castle.
"I beg you pardon, what were you saying earlier?" Ok! Calm down aisla! It's just a king not a hungry monster!
"I have to tell you something important." I said and i sigh for a second.
"Good, follow me to my library." I followed what he said so i did. I was walking behind him and someone caught my attention that gaves me an answer to my question.
What was that?
The king stood there and use his magic to open the library full of books, wow! Finally i can see what's inside his library! So this is what it looks like inside, full of books and a...cursed book? Or just a cast spell book i guess. I might start thinking he's a witch or maybe a villian in english movies and being the most powerful to control the kingdom.
I say that king gavriil is not actually a bad person, he may be mad at his workers sometimes for not doing their role in kingdom.
"Behold...welcome to the library!" I look around my surroundings and it was amazing! I look up and it was full of bubbles, i think those are people of hostien's hopes floating around.
"See up there, those are hopes. And those hopes will make their wishes and dreams come true, if i ever mentioned someone's name, i'll grant it to them."
"So, why do you keep it all by yourself?"
"I'm protecting their hopes. it's ok, they have their own trust in me, so do you."
"Protecting from what?"
"From dangerous things that could harm my people or the one that someone's trusts me, if they ever do that i'll protect them, but if they betray me i'll punish them and end them up in the dungeon. They're stay there forever."
Woah...the king must be scary sometimes because of his aura he have. Even he gets mad he's literally scary, and scaring his people.
"What if you don't grant their wish even tho they didn't do something wrong in your kingdom? How would you do it?"
"I'll still protect them, they need to wait until i called them in tonight's anniversary of my agapi mou. I have no idea who i'm going to call for tonight's granting wishes."
"What if they can't wait?"
"Are you kidding me?"
Oh no...did i make him mad?
"I'm just asking you nicely...so..."
"No need for that, i owe this tonight's anniversary celebration, you better keep your mouth shut." He's terrifying right now!
"Can you...grant my pappoús's hope tonight?"
He stopped stirring and looked back at me.
"Haven't you heard what i've said earlier? There's a word 'wait'!" He slammed the library table and throws the tripod with potions on it.
Oh...no...i'm in big trouble! I can't let this happen!
"Agapi mou! What's happening here?" Even queen illiana looks terrified tho. I just smile at the queen and she smile back.
"There's nothing to worry agapi mou, were just having some conservation about for our tonight's anniversary celebration!" The king nicely smile at queen illiana and the queen come near towards us.
"How's is it aisla? it is good having a conversation with handsomest and entering our castle for the first time?" The queen ask.
Oh...no...
"Ahh-yes, i'm actually having a good time with king gavriil, he told me such a great stories about this kingdom hehe." I awkwardly said and don't know what to say once.
"Sounds good to me, you're always welcome to our kingdom, i've heard agapi mou invites you tonight, come join us!" The queen said excitely. I join her to calm myself what happen earlier, i'm traumatized now for king gavriil.
"That would be great! Thank you your majesty." I thank queen illiana and i was about to thank king gavriil when he plastered a smirk on his face and stared at me madly. I don't really deserve this kind of patience from the king. It's my fault tho that i make him mad so bad. I wish it wouldn't happen again so i can come up here everyday in the kingdom of hostien.
I carried aris on my shoulder, as we got back home yiayia prefers a dinner and i notice pappoús looks blue...i really hope king gavriil would grant his hope to became true, but...it's feels like...it won't happen and all of the people here in our village keep waiting so long, a years now.
"Good evening, yiayia and pappoús!" I greet them and they're happy when they saw me coming towards them.
"Our beloved granddaughter! Welcome back! How's king gavriil? Did you tell him to grant your pappoús's wish?" I really felt the way king gavriil gets mad just because i'm asking him to grant pappous's wish so, everything will go back to normal.Pappoús would be over the moon if king does grant his wish.
Still thinking what to answer.
"King gavriil said we need to wait to be called to grant our wishes, but it doesn't feel like to be happen."
"What are you saying aisla? Where did you heard this rumors? Are those even real?" Yiayia sounds mad, let me guess, they don't want their wish to be not granted by king gavriil, they want to make it happen. What am i supposed to do?? What if king gavriil threaten everyone or anyone? Who's going to save them if this happens?
Before the king plan something to take down all the hopes of kingdom of hostien, i really have to do something about it to save everyone in this village even the kingdom.
I don't want him to invade all the village here just become he's the king, he ruled the world.
"No! I heard it from the king." Both of them looked at me madly.
Not again!
"That means...the king says my wish is dangerous? What was he thinking!? Why is he a king when he don't want to grant other's hopes?! Is he even act as a king!? Incase, he need to grant because he's the only person who has magic to make everyone safe and grant our wishes, their wishes!" Seeing my pappoús being mad, would be such a terrible idea. What should i do now? I can feel my tears falling down from my eyes, and that's were i decide to ran away from home. I don't want to see them again!
"Aisla!Aisla!!!" I heard yiayia shouting for my name while running away from them.
This was all of my fault! I should've start this kind of patience i have! what were you thinking aisla! You make it worsen again! You get them mad again! I have done so much wrong intentions infront of them, and it won't be the same again if i ever comeback from my village.
I heard aris running behind me and he hop on my shoulder. Thanks to my pet rabbit 'aris' he's my comforter when i get to any situation or problem. It's like a stress reliever. I stop crying and wipe out my tears, i sat at the bottom of lush of grass here in the village and watching upon the sky, there's the brightest star 'sirius'.
