Far in distance long ago
There was a secret kept unknown
The power it held it longed to unfold
It's value and greatness replaced for gold
In with the new and out with the old
Now the power of literature is left untold
Some still cherish others have turned bold
When you speak with no meaning
Your heart becomes coldTo ignore such strength
You must have no wit
This strength that is spoken
Breaks through silent jiffs
This strength pours out emotions
That was once held within
This strength can fix what is broken
By one gasp of wind
God uses this strength to let his story live
That one holy book it gives and it givesPerseverance and patience
Those two lovely kin
His words brings us wisdom
To fight till the end
So reach down inside and lift up your chin
These words are our strength
Don't let silence winTell little ones a story right before bed
Broken relations
Caused by words left unsaid
Curse word cruising
Now negativity lives in your head
Jesus called him by name
And lifted the dead
Unable to speak no room to understand
Longing for a explanation
Drowns you like quicksandWhat you say can scream who you are
There's power in words
Like an engine to a car
The state of the mind can alter the mouth
No moralistic mindset
Can feel like a drought
It might seem quite tight
But you'll make it out
Speak on words of wisdom
To get rid of doubt-S.Ladd
