Her super abilities

 She possesses the Power of Light. She draws her strength from the sun, allowing her to harness solar energy for various abilities (perhaps enhanced strength, healing, or emitting light in different ways). The sun is her main source of energy, and she grows stronger in its presence

Starlight is the light that stars emit and is usually visible from Earth at night. It's the visible electromagnetic radiation from stars other than the Sun. During the day, the Sun's starlight is called sunlight

Flight: The character gained the power of true flight.

Super Strength - During her training, she was able to lift the back of a car, make holes in brick walls and can-do chin ups with only one hand

Super Speed: she could run faster than an express train

Superhuman Agility : the power to possess greater agility, speed and balance than what is naturally possible for a human being

Super stamina: can run or fight for long extended periods of time

Superhuman reflexes: reflexes are so fast, she can respond to attacks within seconds she has overpowered the latter in hand-to-hand combat

Superhuman Durability: highly resistant to injury. invulnerable immune to conventional firearms, heavy artillery could not injure and can't kill her

Superhuman dexterity : the ability to balance and coordinate motion beyond human norms

Superhuman Endurance the ability to never get tired. ... metabolize at a rate that far exceeds normal humans allowing to continue in task for an incredible amount of time

Enhanced Vision: has a better eyesight than other human race

Enhanced Leaping: could leap over an 8th of a mile or over a tall building

Super Senses: eyesight and hearing were far in excess of a human being's

Hearing: she could hear sound at almost any wavelength and at great distances. Her hearing is use for people calling her for her help as for distress calls

Starlight possesses the ability to generate, project and emanate a blinding light from her hands and she might possess a degree of super hearing. Starlight has the ability to fly and she is generally athletic as well as being a trained gymnast. Her light energy bursts are capable of blinding even super powered beings as demonstrated when A-Train attempted to force himself on her

Starlight's light generating powers are similar to Starfire's own ability to generate energy known as "star bolts

photokinesis is the ability to manipulate light. This ability, developed to a high level, could be extremely powerful.

Photogenesis is the power to generate or create light, where as photokinesis is the power to control light; but not necessarily create it.

Star bolts: granted her the amazing power to channel and project that same energy into destructive blasts called "starbolts".

Electrical Conversion: she can absorb the ambient electricity from around herself in order to fuel her powers. before releasing the held energy as focused blasts of light. Currently there is no limit which has been established for how much power she can safely absorb or how long she can contain it within. She has shown to have some degree of control over said ambient electricity as she is shown to use it for the sole purpose of disrupting electronic devices such as cracking an LCD screen on purpose. The user can absorb and convert one form of energy into another form. Example being, one absorbing sound energy and converting it into light energy or absorbing kinetic energy and converting it into heat energy.

Photokinetic Flight: After absorbing a substantial amount of electricity, Annie started to levitate off of the ground. It's possible that this is not an inherent power. After she released her built-up electricity, Annie immediately fell to the floor.

Light Attacks: She is able to fire blasts of intensely bright light from her hands which also can also manifest as heat or even concussive force. As light, her energy is capable of blinding anyone, either temporary or permanently. Using her energy as heat, she has burned through a section of metal fence and has also used it to cauterize wounds. As concussive force, she has knocked grown men off their feet, even blasted a six-feet thick metal door of its hinges. Additionally, these blasts were capable of affecting supes the likes of Black Noir and even stunning Stormfront momentarily.

Bioluminescence: She is also able to make her eyes and hands glow on command. She exhibits glowing eyes when she feels intense pleasure, as well.

Energy Absorption - Starlight's main ability is to magically absorb all the energy she needs from the sun . She absorbs energy to charge up energy for her main attack. She can target which devices she can absorb energy from.

Bio-Photon Manipulation: Starlight possesses a body-wide energy field that controls the energy levels of the outer electron shells of her body in such a way as to cause the cascaded release of photons. In effect, this field is lasing, with the apparent efficiency of a laser (99.9%). The released energy is far greater than the incoming kinetic energy and therefore must involve an outside energy source, the nature of which is unknown. Left undirected, Starlight's light will radiate from her body in all directions, producing regular flashes of white light. By conscious control over the light she produces, she can control its direction, frequency (color), amplitude (intensity), and duration.

Blindness Inducement: She can create a pulse of light on the order of several thousand watts seconds of power, which temporarily blinds people with its brilliance.

Fog Generation: She can create a glowing or hazy almost fog-like effect that obscures the surrounding area. In its basic form, this ability can be used to obscure the sight of others

Holographic Projection: With effort, she can even create holograms of human beings and other three-dimensional beings and objects.

Laser Beam Emission: By concentrating, Starlight can generate a coherent beam of light, approximating a laser beam, with which she can cut through virtually anything.

Light Aura: She can cause a bright glow all about her body to create light.

Light Beam Emission: She can generate a pulsating strobe-light effect. She could project these from her hands and out from her body in a series of concussive bursts

Light Manipulation - After absorbing electricity, she can generate blasts of light from her hands to knock targets away from her, and to damage them as well. She can use this to blind people, and by using the heat of the energy she absorbs, she can cauterize wounds of herself and other people

Light Teleportation : can teleport , merging with and transforming into light . Appearing anywhere else from the same element
