Junaid and saba weren't convinced by salar's sudden change. They were left perplexed by his sudden decision and rushed to his room to enquire it after listening to tahir and mehreen's happiness of salar's decision, only to find salar staring at the projector lovingly smiling at it. They turned towards the projector to see what had made salar so happy, they were further stunned to find a girl's pictures playing on it, the pictures were changing but the girl's face remained the same.
Salar sits in his bed, mesmerized by the images, a wistful smile playing on his lips. He already missed sitara very much.
As he watches, he recalls moments from the wedding—the way her face lit up with very small things, how her eyes sparkled with joy in every function.
" sitara, dil chata hai tumhe abhi apne pass bhul kar kabhi na jaane dho par abhi woh nahi karsata thode din aur mein tumhe apna ban kar I will bring you here" Salar thinks smilingly.
" Salar "  Saba screams snapping salar out of his thoughts. Startled, salar quickly scrambles to turn off the projector, but it’s too late. The last image, Sitara mid-laughter, lingers in the air.
" Yeh kaun hai?" Junaid asks. Salar’s face flushes. He stammers, caught off guard.
" Koi bhi nahi, it's just pictures I clicked at Salman's brother wedding?"
" Sare pictures sirf ek ladki liya tha kya, was there only she in the wedding. Dulha aur dulhan dono ka pictures kaha hai" Saba asks him. She steps closer, concern etched on her face. Realising there is no use of hiding anymore, salar just decides to say the truth.
" This is sitara, the girl I love and whom I'm going to marry soon" Salar declares firmly. Junaid and Saba exchange glances, surprised.
" Love? ...." Junaid says suprised by salar's declaration. The salar he knew ran far away from girls but here he is standing confidently not only declaring he is in love but also he will marry her.
" Yeh kab hua?" Saba asks still trying to process salar's words.
" Hyberbhad mein hua" Salar says smiling reminiscing sitara and his interactions, how she spoke with him and took care of his every small needs even sometimes suffering herself ,no one has done so much for him, not without thinking of their advantage but sitara was different. She did not know his status and she still cared for him as a friend. He had fallen in love with her every gesture and words, her innocence.
" Char din mein pyar hogaya"  Saba says still unconvinced.
" Char din nahi pehle nazar mein hai pyar hogaya tha, realise hone ke liye char din lag gaya" Salar answers back.
" Salar yaar are you really sure what you're feeling is love not attraction" junaid says still in disbelief of salar's words.
" I'm damn sure I'm in love. I love her so much. I want to protect her and always be with her" Salar confesses so honestly both junaid and saba were left stunned for a moment. They could see the depth of his feelings for the girl in his eyes.
Saba crosses her arms and sighs, " and what about taking over business you have spoken to dad down, giving up photography yeh sab kya hai"
Salar smirks, " I'm damn serious over taking over business from dad, I need to do that otherwise how will make mom and dad agree for my marriage with sitara. About photography I'm not giving it up, once sitara comes into my life I will make time for my passion. I'm sure I can balance both. Right now making sitara mine is what matters"
Junaid and saba gasps at salar's words.
" Oh god salar you're really going to blackmail or force mom and dad to accept sitara and you know once you take over business, they have no opinion to accept your stubbornness" Saba blurts out in shock.
Salar shrugs off as if it's not a big issue," I will genuinely try to make them understand but if they don't agree I have no other option "
" Salar yeh sab theek nahi..." Saba was trying to explain to her brother that he was doing wrong only to be cut off by junaid, " When are you going to make her meet us, hum bhi toh dekhe kon hai woh jissne salar shikandar ko deewana bann diya"
" Insallah bahut jald I will make her meet you both " Salar smiles widely.
Saba stares at her husband amazed that he doesn't care what salar is planning but only interested in meeting salar's love.
" Junaid aap yeh kya kar rahe hai? Instead of putting sense in him you're supporting him" Saba asks annoyed.
" Common saba, salar ke paas hamare alwa kon hai iss ghar mein. We should support him when we can see how genuinely he loves the girl. Haven't we had a love marriage too?. Salar galat kya kar raha hai. He is joining dad's business as your dad wanted" Junaid says back to her, patting salar's back to show him his support.
" Chalo koi toh hai kisko ko toh mein theek lag toh hoon, I can't wait to tell nani this. Hopefully she comes back from her trip soon " Salar says.
" Theek hai bhai mein haar gayi karo jo karna hai tumhe, waise does your sitara knows that you love her?" Saba asks in a teasing tone leaving behind her doubts and suspicious and genuinely trying to be happy for her brother. She gets a little bit suprised when she sees salar getting flustered by her words.
" Abhi tak toh nahi, she considers me her friend but I will soon tell her my feelings but first I have to sort out few things"
Junaid and saba nods at his words. They walked out of salar's room after exchanging few more words. Salar could not speak about anything but sitara, his eyes would brighten up whenever he mentions sitara and her antics. Both junaid and saba realised how deep in love salar already was with that unknown girl. They both hoped that everything would work out for him.

Sitara was standing  on the balcony, a gentle breeze stirring the strands of her hair. She leaned against the railing, staring into the darkness beyond the wedding festivities that were slowly winding down. Laughter and music still floated up from downstairs, but all she could think about was him, Salar—the way he’d made her laugh, the easy conversations they’d shared, and the spark of something unspoken that lingered in the air. She realised that she has started missing him already, she missed his protectiveness, his concern and everything. Qasim kept troubling her whole day inspite of her resisting him but he did not stop, how she wished salar was here to stop him. Sitara could never understand that why inspite of having her own brother, taya and so many other man in her family, that it was only salar who made her feel protected.
There was something comforting in how protective he had been, shielding her from every bad eyes which fell on her.
Just as a wistful smile crossed her lips, Sana, burst onto the balcony. “Sitara!” she exclaimed, breaking the spell.
"Lost in thought, huh?” Sana's playful tone softened when she noticed the distant look in Sitara's eyes. “What’s going on? You seem different.”
Sitara hesitated, her heart fluttering at the thought of sharing her feelings but ultimately deciding against it. “woh mein walima ke baare mein soch rahi thi, mein kya dress pehno,” she deflected, a hint of a smile returning as she shifted the conversation.
"Accha koi nahi, I will help you with it, let's go” Sana said, her eyes lighting up. They went to sitara's room together and started searching for dresses for her to wear. Sitara laughed as Sana was sarcastically roasting some of her outfits, the laughter momentarily lifting the weight of her longing.
" Walima mein woh handsome photographer mein aayga?"Sana asks sitara, " kya naam tha uska?" Sana was trying to remember his name.
" Salar" Sitara says his name softly.
The way she said it—a slight rise in her tone, a hint of warmth—didn’t go unnoticed by Sana. She leaned in, curiosity piqued. “Salar, huh?.”
Sitara’s cheeks flushed slightly as she looked away, fidgeting with her dupataa. “Toh mujhe aise kyun dekh rahi hai, mein bass usska naam bola hai ”
Sana raised an eyebrow, a knowing smile creeping across her face. “Sitara apni shakal dekho tum sharam rahi hai !”
Sitara bit her lip, a smile betraying her. “Aisa kuch nahi tum na, pata nahi ussne apna number tak nahi diya.”
" Acha ji number chaiye uska aapko?"
" Sana chup karo na" sitara warns her.
Sana laughed, enjoying the moment. “Theek hai mein kuch nahi bol thi mein aab”
Both the girls turn their attention to selecting the dress again. They giggled and spoke other things. Sitara's thoughts flickered back to Salar, but she pushed them aside.
Nimmi stood at the door eardropping the whole conversation making a nasty face. It has not gone out of her notice how salar had ignored her and only focused on sitara in the whole marriage ceremonies, she had burned in jealousy and ignored the whole thing but now hearing sitara's words made her more angry.
" You will suffer sitara for eyeing my salar" Nimmi thought.

Precap:
" Meine kuch nahi kiya " Sitara pleaded to her taya but he refused to look at her face turning away.
" You will turn out to be such a girl I never thought " Qasim said his expression hardened, the disgust evident as  he turned away. Sitara's eyes got filled with tears, blurring her vision. No one is believing her innocence.
Nimmi stood in a corner smirking enjoying sitara's pain.
