Regular POV:

Terrence had invited (Y/N) to the winter forest a few days prior.

His plan was to confess his feelings by the winter fairy dust tree. There is going to be a special day where the winter fairies celebrated the Aurora Borealis. (northern lights)

With the help of Adler and his other pixie dust friends. They came up with the perfect plan.

-

Terence made his way home to look for his winter jacket. When he took it out of his closet, he noticed that one of the critters had eaten through the cotton.

"Oh nooo... how will I get to the Winter forest now?" he thought.

He stuffed the jacket into a satchel and made his way over to Tinker Bell's house to see if she can help him fix it. But she was busy building a new contraption.

He went to his friend Adler's house, but of course he couldn't help. He didn't know how to sew, let alone fix a winter jacket.

All Adler can tell him was to take it to (Y/N). He had noticed that she always made her outfits.

-

(Y/N) accepted the task and quickly got to work.

Using an old cape she'd gotten from a sweet older fairy in Spring Meadow she tore out the stitches, then reassembled it using a sewing machine that Tink had made for her the year prior as a welcome gift.

Terence watched eagerly, as she constructed a winter jacket seemingly out of thin air.

The winter jacket fit him perfectly, and once he added gloves, boots and a hat (Y/N) had to admit he looks quite handsome in it.

"You really should start your own winter jacket line, you're great at this" Terrence said, observing himself in the mirror.

(Y/N) accepted the compliment, feeling pleased with herself.

Terrence pulled her next to him so she could see them both in the glass. (Y/N) couldn't help but blush at his boldness.

Though she had to admit, they made a dashing pair.

Not that they were a couple or anything she reminded herself blushing at the idea.

They were simply really good friends going on a trip together. It was no big deal...

"We look amazing" Terrence declared full of his usual confidence. He looked down at (Y/N) and smiled softly at her. "I think it's time we get ourselves to the Winter Woods"

It was still light out when the left for the Winter Woods, as they made their way over to the border.

As they made their way to the border (Y/N) couldn't help but admire how half of the border had a white layer of snow and the other half didn't have a single spec of ice.

"Whoa" she gasped "is that..."

" It's pretty cool right?" The look on (Y/N)'s face told Terrence all he needed to know. She was fascinated, and completely blown away by everything she was seeing.

"Can we get closer?"

"we can," he told her. "But we're gonna have to go get our wings frosted first" he explained, he held her hand and dragged her towards and area where many fairies had been waiting in line to cross.

While getting their wings frosted by a frost fairy (Y/N) admired how fast they were working and how gentle they were with everyone's wings.

She noticed how Terrence's steps were light and airy and she couldn't help smiling as he hopped from one side of the border to the other.
