In light of Doris' escape, Diana meets with her council in the palace to discuss strategies on how to handle their new problem. Her council consists of the heads and top influencers of Themyscira's public institutions including education, religion, and the military. Even Orana, being the Queen's chief builder, is given a seat at the table as well as Artemis who has unofficially become Diana's personal guard and polemarch.

"My friends, I'm sorry to inform you we have a situation on our hands," Diana said.

"I don't understand why the Queen needs to meet her council for one lunatic. She can just send a few of her soldiers to apprehend the fugitive," said the headmistress of the academy of Paradise Island.

"Yes, but where are they going to go? The Titan worshipper can be anywhere in the world," said the elderly priestess of Athena.

"She'll be in Greece. Where else is she going to go to see the return of the Titans? An even bigger problem my advisors are forgetting," Diana said rising from her seat. "There's also the issue of being viewed as aggressors for sending soldiers into a foreign territory."

"In that case, I agree with our headmistress. Let me take some soldiers to the mainland. I promise we will be inconspicuous," Artemis said looking away from Diana. "If there is still a Titan around, the Queen can ask the gods to take care of it. The Titans are their problem anyway."

"I'll go along too," Orana said rocking her oversized hammer.

The women at the table turn their attention to Orana.

"I am the one who is going to have to replace all of those damaged statues. If I have to do all that hard work, I want the chance to smash the face of the person making me do it," Orana said showing the council her hammer.

"After Silver Swan, I'm not interested in asking the gods for anything. I'm not convinced they care about our well being," Diana said. "You can have your team and I will be there with you to make sure there are not any more catastrophes."

"My Queen, a queen's place is in the palace," the priestess said.

"A queen's place is wherever she needs to be to protect her queendom," Diana said.

"The Queen wants to get her hands dirty," Nubia said entering the council chamber. "I would say I'm impressed, but then again, the Queen would not have this problem if she executed the criminal when she had the chance."

"What are you doing here?" Diana scathingly asked. "This is a private meeting."

"You forget dear sister, nothing happens on this island that does not make its way back to my tower. And a living Titan concerns me greatly."

"I've got the situation under control. You can get out of my palace now."

"I don't think you do. A stranger comes into our island, smashes our statues, threatens the crown, and you let her go."

"I jailed her!"

"Jail is for thieves and drunks, not people trying to destroy our home. A good queen would give them the sword."

"I don't need to listen to your mouth. If you have nothing important to contribute, you can leave or should I have my guards throw you out?"

"So this is how the Queen treats those you wish to help her? Why am I not surprised?"

"Since when do you care about helping me?" Diana asked walking up to Nubia.

"I don't," Nubia said walking away. "But I have interests at stake. One of them being the preservation of where I sleep every night."
