Puppeteer - First Act

I remember, when I met you through a friend
We got along right off the bat, I found a new friend, but you found a puppet
I used to let you take as you never give, my boundaries you would bend
Every time that you're around, my joys, my life would be a lost bet

I now live on your stage, ready to let you start the first act
You grab me wherever you please, do as you wish with me
As you violate me, I only wish my fragile body could stay in tact

You pull every string attached to my body to create a new show
Claiming to "love me" the way friends do
When I get angered I bite my tongue as your control, power grows
You paint me yellow when my hues are blue

I just wanted a friend, you just wanted a new pair of puppets to add to your performance
To look me up and down to decide what you wanted, my chest or my ass
When I was tired and agitated, going mad in my cell, you'd make me dance
Whilst you became wealthy and left me to wither and pass

A puppet gets replaced once it's use is over
From my dreams I hope to never become sober
