After Doom allied himself with the TVA, he set out on a mission. Now, after absorbing the power of Alioth, he had the ability to be anywhere, at any time period he chooses. He was convinced he could set everything right. He, of course, went back to the moment it all went wrong. The Incursion War. The TVA promised to not interfere in anything Doom was going to do, as per the agreement... They gave Doom all the keys, as long as he saved existence from extinction. By any means necessary.

The Incursion War
The fight for the multiverse raged on as the heroes were slowly getting the upper hand. Doom time slipped into his older body (Like Loki in season 2), and looked around, seeing the destruction everywhere. If this was the Canon event, and Wanda broke it by saving the multiverse, what if Doom saved it instead?
The paragons were still pre-occupied with Prime Kang as he made his way towards Wanda. At this time she was completely drained of energy after the heroes nearly ended her life due to a misunderstanding. (Read "Avengers Incursion War Chapter 22" for contex)
Doom recalled this vividly as he remembered what he was doing at this moment. Fighting two versions of the Fantastic Four at the same time. But now, this was different. He is far more powerful now. And he knew what he had to do.
Mr. Fantastic: Give it up, Victor! You're outnumbered!
Doom stared at Reed, and for a moment he became side-tracked. This was his ex-best friend after all. He wanted to show off his power for his own amusement. And he wanted to see Reed's reaction.
Doom: You seem pretty confident, Reed. And I will say exactly what I said the first time... You never learn.
Mr. Fantastic (MCU): What's that supposed to mean?
Thing (838): I don't care what it means! You hurt Johnny and Sue!
Thing ran towards Doom and tried to punch him in the face, but Doom stopped him in his tracks with a flick of his finger, lifted him up miles into the air and threw him out of orbit.
Sue Storm (838): What did you do!?
Mr. Fantastic: Doom! What did you mean by the first time?!
Doom: Oh Reed... Have you still not figured it out?
Doom showed them a red orb of power in his hand. Showing that a part of Wanda's power flowed in him.
Johnny (MCU): How... how do you have--
Mr. Fantastic (MCU): Impossible!
Doom: You have no idea what's possible.
With the flick of a wrist, he decimated the rest of the members of both Fantastic Four teams, leaving Reed as the last one standing.
Mr. Fantastic (MCU): No... What did you do to them!
Reed stretched his arm out to Doom, but he snapped his fingers and Reed's powers were gone.
Mr. Fantastic (MCU): What have you done...
Doom: I would love to do this dance a little longer, but I've got more important matters to deal with.
He looked towards Wanda far in the middle of the battlefield as she was being protected from Prime Kang.
