The human apparently had a better sense of self-preservation than Jeonghan, scuttling off the second I barked my command. I hadn't even needed to compel him.

Probably because I looked like I was about to murder someone.

Which was accurate. If Jeonghan's hands had ventured any farther south, I would've.

My belief that Jeonghan would be turned off by my jealous nature was rapidly being proven wrong. As I'd leapt over the bar, he'd looked like the cat who'd got the cream. I hadn't even considered what I was doing. That there were humans there who'd no doubt wonder how I'd managed to make the move so agilely. All I could think about was that Jeonghan was touching someone.

Someone who wasn't me.

The fact I knew he was taunting me was irrelevant. He didn't even look down at the guy in his arms. I doubt he'd be able to pick him out of a lineup.

But the second he'd lowered his lips to kiss him, I'd lost it.

My demon didn't care that I'd told him to go for it. Didn't care that he was pushing my buttons. Didn't care that this was exactly what Jeonghan wanted.

All my demon cared about was that Jeonghan was mine. No one else was allowed to touch him, and he sure as fuck wasn't allowed to touch anyone else. My demon thought Jeonghan needed to be taught a lesson about what happened when he pushed me.

I wished I could say I disagreed, but with the jealousy still coursing through me, I knew it was bollocks.

"Problem, Seungcheol?" Jeonghan raised an eyebrow, his hands going to his hips. The action pulled the sheer material tighter around him, the lights casting shadows over his physique. My mouth watered. I wanted to run my tongue along the V of his abs. To follow the thin trail of hair south to the erection those shorts were doing little to hide.

"Problem?" I echoed darkly, stepping closer and nudging my thigh between his. "Yes, Jeonghan. You are a fucking problem, one I don't know how to solve."

I silenced his retort with my mouth.

I'd heard people describe kissing someone they loved like the world stopping. Everything getting quieter. That wasn't what happened when my lips met Jeonghan's. Instead, all my senses dialled up to eleven. Every nerve came alive.

For the first time ever, I felt...complete.

Jeonghan wasn't docile under my kiss. He met me beat for beat, his lips opening and tongue duelling with mine. One of my hands went to the back of his neck, the other to his arse, yanking him closer.

There was a pulling sensation at my scalp, and suddenly, my hair was loose from its bun. Jeonghan buried his hands in it with a satisfied snarl, using it to angle my head so he could take me deeper. His hips began to rock, thrusting his erection into my hip as he rode my thigh.

I couldn't take it any longer. Ripping my mouth from his, I swallowed oxygen like I was starved.

Jeonghan's pupils were wide with lust, his lips shining from where I'd tasted them. His hands were still in my hair, and my arms were wrapped around him.

I couldn't let him go yet. Not after seeing him with another man. Not after that kiss.

I couldn't fight this anymore.

Something in me had unleashed. I felt like I was losing my mind, and touching Jeonghan was the only thing that could restore my sanity.

I inclined my head towards the doors, the question on my face clear.

Relief was followed quickly by lust as Jeonghan nodded. I slid my hands down his arms, revelling in the way he shivered, before taking his hand in mine. His thumb moved in lazy circles over my palm, his shoulder brushing against mine as we walked. I wasn't sure if he was trying to drive me to distraction at this point or if he couldn't help himself any more than I could.
