It Was Always You

Chapter 7

"Mom! Niall can't be dead!" I sad stareing at the stone in the ground with big letters carved in 'R.I.P' "mom... Please. " I felt a tear come down my face. I looked up at my mom waiting for an answer. I got none. She pointed to the rock again

"Look closer." Her voice soft and graceful. I looked at the stone again this time walking closer. It was my grave! But what does that have to do with anything? I looked at my mom or an answer. Once again she didn't replay she just nodded her head to the grave. Behind it I herd a grown. I leaned over the large gray stone and laid eyes on a bleach blinded headed drunk passed out leaning against the grave.

"Niall?" I whispered. No response "MOM WHAT'S WRONG WITH HIM!" I screamed tears flowing down my face.

"Niall my dear would go out drinking and get into trouble then come here and pass out at your grave." My mom frowned as she looked down to the drunk boy. "He was kicked out of his house and is homeless." She looked down. "You need to wake up now or everything that you just witnessed will come true." My mother frowned at me. I looked up at her then down at the stone. I trace my fingers over the carved out the letters 'always loved' I stood up with confidence

"I'm ready." I said to the women who raised me. She nodded in approval and took my hand in hers. I looked back at my best friend. His blonde hair fell on his face as he was breathing heavy.

"I love you hunny." My mom said kissing my forehead.

"Love you too mommy" I said squeezing her hard.

"Oh hunny?" My mom said as we pulled away

"Yeah?"

"Be carful for who you fall in love with out of the five." She said and with that I woke up. But what did she mean? Be carful for what? Fall in love? Fall in love with who? Who's the five? Who will be the one of the five? What? I'm so confused .

"OMG CHAR!" Emma screamed running to me.

" hi Emma." I said as she came over and hugged me.

"You know who I am?" Emma asked as we pulled away with a puzzled look on her face.

"I could hear everything that was going on." I chuckled at the little girl who was clueless "anyways, can you be a darling and hand me my phone?" I said pointing to the electronic by the tv. Emma nodded her head and got my phone for me.

"Char I've missed you so so so much. Please don't leave me ever again." Liam said in my hair as he hugged me for the 100th time.

"Haha I promise.. But Liam I can't breath." I said pushing him away so I could breath.

"Oh sorry." He said blushing pulling away.

"NIALL!" I screamed as he ran over.

"I've missed you so much!" He said kissing my cheek that caused my face to go red.

"I've missed you to NI. What's new?" I smiled.

"Oh you know the usual, seeing you, going to the gym, writing songs, playing football." He smiled cheeky. I pinched his cheeks as the doctor came in.

"Why hello ms. Allen!" The doctor looked shocked. I just waved.

"Can she go home!" Liam asked very very fast. The doctor chuckled.

"I'm afraid not. Your friend just woke up from a coma she still has to learn how to eat walk and so on. It will be at least two weeks." The doctor said smiling and grabbing a clipboard.

"What do you mean walk and eat?" Niall blurted out.

"Well say all you did was sleep for 3 straight months. And all of a sudden you woke up. It's going to take some time to get use to the feeling and charlottes muscles are all watery from not moving in such a long period, so she needs to strengthen them." The doctor explained. We all nodded and said thank yous and carried on doing what we did best talking

Liam's POV

"Alright char , we got to head out." Niall said putting on his jacket. I looked up at him. Why did he just say that? I was not leaving the girl I just lost. The girl that made my heart drop a thousand miles when I saw her.i was not leaving her not now!

"No we don't." I blurted out Niall looked down at me clearly unhappy about my remark but I didn't care.

"Liam can I please speak to you in the hallway?" Niall said through his teeth obviously frustrated about the situation. I got up and walked out. I was followed by Niall then the door shutting behind.

"What the hell niall we can't just leave now! She just woke up!" I said in a whisper yell so none if the nurses, doctors, or patients could hear.

" I know I don't want to leave her too!" Niall yelled back

"Then why go?" I said a little louder

"Liam chill out! We have court today and we said we weren't telling char about the situation! Remember! " Niall now not whispering that's right today was the day that chars and her mothers killer were sent behind bars.

"Char will be fine for the rest of the day she has Emma to keep her company. " Niall add reassuring me nothing would happen to her

"Sorry mate, I forgot " I said feeling like a complete ass.

"Alright go get your coat, and tell char we are going to meet friends that are in town only today." He added and then walked to the elevator.

I walked back in to see Emma in Char arms as char sang songs to her. Charlotte had a beautiful voice I feel in love with it. I walked over and grabbed my coat she stopped singing glared up at me

"Where are you going ?" She asked her face showing concern.

"Friends of me and nialls are in town only today, so we were going to stop by and have lunch with them." I said putting on my jacket and looking at her dead in the eyes.

"Oh, okay! Which friends?" She asked a little less concern

"Family friends of nialls." I said casually.

"Okay have fun!" She said as I bent down and kissed Emma on top of her head she was sound asleep I rubbed my thumb on her forehead. Emma was like my little sister now and I loved her! When char gets out I'll still visit Emma everyday! I went down to hug Charlotte but when I went she kissed me on the cheek. I stood there in the same spot and so did she.

"Make sure they get locked up for good." She whispered in my ear. She knew where me and Niall were going she wasn't stupid. I nodded and walked off.
