Its been about a month since Kushimi had that meeting with CJ and that truce wasn't shit. There were still many people who wanted her head of course Tk was still after her and almost had her last week if that gun didn't jam
In a month span most of the time she went to her favorite corner store on lunch break,Talion was there waiting for her to speak to her.
It was weird at first but shes decided on giving him a chance strictly as associates,luckily they haven't been caught talking to each other but it was only a matter of time
Currently shes on her way to chipotle something different from the store but it's her craving anyway so why not go get it.
"Did you order the food,Marsha?"Kushimi asked as her and her work bestie head inside of the restaurant
"Of course,im tryna eat right away"Marsha told her as the two walk up to the side of the counter to get the food
"Hi what can I do for you"The chipotle employee asked looking between the two ladies
"I got a order for Marsha"Marsha told the man and he turns around looking for the bag with the name Marsha on the receipt
He grabs the heavy bag and hands it over to Marsha
"Thank you"Kushimi and Marsha said in unison turning around to go to a table to sit down. They had bought drinks already from the store so thats what they are gonna have with their meal

Talion paces back and forth in his room with his iphone in hand and airpods in his ear listening to the ring of the instagram call,who's on the other line you may ask...
"Hey..you werent at the store today-"Talion spoke once he seen the call had connected
"Not you came to look for me.."Kushimi said with a chuckle
"Always,i'm a lil hurt not gon lie"Talion said back acting fake hurt that she didn't show up today
"Boy please..you dont got a job or some shit"
"I do have a job.."
"Do you now-"Kushimi questioned wondering if its some bullshit
"Im a data entry person at a doctor's office, check the resume boo"He responded to her question responding in a joking tone causing her to bust out laughing.He found her laugh to be cute
"Data entry..mm I thought you'd be a hood pharmacist like yo brothers"Kushimi commented knowing two of the brothers that sell in the hood
"Hood pharmacist..creative but nah that aint me tryna do shit different,i've seen niggas go to prison or jail fall back down the same path or just be stuck in life"
"Ion want that you know"
"I get it and thats why I work now,dont wanna be like my brothers"Kushimi responded speaking with truth understanding completely where he's coming from
"Brothers?"Talion questioned acting like he didnt know it was more than just Kush
"I have more than just Kush yes"
