Ladybug took one look at Shadow Noir and attacked me. Surely, her partner would be the biggest threat but she completely ignored him. I ducked under Ladybugs fist, and backed away fumbling to draw my cane from my back. Ladybug didn't hesitate and hurled her yoyo at me; Shadow Noir intercepted the Yoyo with his staff, the yoyo wrapped around it.
Ladybugs eyes flashed in alarm and fear but it soon vanished replaced with determination. Shadow Noir pulled on the yoyo coming to the same conclusion as I had earlier; Ladybug would be more likely to listen if she was unarmed. Ladybug held on to her yoyo but Shadows new powers must have included super strength because the yoyo flew out of Ladybugs grip and it fell to the ground at my feet. On instinct I picked it up and grasped it in my hand feeling slightly better now that I had a better weapon than a cane. Shadow Noir pulled back his staff was still at the ready, I had my weapons ready as well I opened my mouth to speak, but Ladybug attacked us. I let out a disbelieving squeak and would have been under Ladybugs furry had Shadow Noir not pushed me back and started to fight Ladybug in my place.
As Shadow noir and Ladybug fought, I devised yet another plan a terrible plan that would make Ladybug hate me even more but it was either get defeated by Ladybug or defeat Shadowmoth. It wasn't much of a choice, I placed my cane on my back and held Ladybugs yoyo in front of me on instinct I ran my right pointer finger across the top of the yoyo. It opened like beetles wings and with an apologetic look at Ladybug placed my right hand into the yoyo, bringing an image of the miraculous I wanted to my mind as I did so. My fingers brushed something and I grabbed it pulling out the bee comb, I touched a button on the bottom of the yoyo and it closed, with regret I placed the bee miraculous in my hair.
The bee kwami scowled,
"You are not my queen." She said.
"No, I am not," I said apologetically, "Ladybug and I got off on the wrong foot. And I want to do the right thing and defeat Shadowmoth which means I need your help." I explained to Pollen.
"Pollen, Nooroo unify!" I said feeling the familiar rush of magic envelope me.
Ladybug froze; "No!" she cried surging forward to attack me.
I willed Shadow Noir to let her, when she got close enough,
I whispered, "Venom,"
Then said in a louder tone,
"I'm so so so sorry." I apologized,
Before Ladybug could react I lunged forward and stung her, she froze with a look of pure shock on her face. Shadow Noir watched me for a minute before retracting his staff.
"Where did you learn to use Ladybugs yoyo?"
"I didn't." I said truthfully.
"What is our plan now?" Shadow Noir asked.
I glanced at the frozen hero before answering,
"I'm going to take Ladybug to your room and lock her in it so that she stays out of our way."
Shadow Noir blinked but didn't stop me as I grabbed Ladybug and took her into Adrien's room.
I set her on the couch so that when the venom wore off she wouldn't get hurt. Then with great pain grabbed the ladybug earrings, she detransformed and I slipped the earrings into my earlobes.
Tikki was so angry she was glowing,
"You..."
"Let me stop you before you get ahead of yourself." I interrupted.
"My name is Jillian, and I believe your holder and I have gotten off on the wrong foot."
When Tikki didn't interrupt me so I continued,
"I want nothing more than to bring Gabriel Agreste, Shadowmoth as you know him to justice. But he still has the Peacock miraculous which means I need your help."
Tikki sagged, "Fine, I'll let you be my temporary holder."
"Thank you, Tikki, Pollen, Nooroo, Unify!"
