Kate's P.O.V:

I woke up and checked my phone. I got 2 messages. One from Rocky and another from Courtney!!!! I looked at Rocky's first, dreading Courtney's. He said, "Goodnight! Love you, babe ❤" Then I read Courtney's. She said, "I'm so sorry for what I've put you through! I still loved Ross but that was no excuse to torment you. I hope you're happy with Rocky, best of luck in the future. I hope we can be friends someday ❤"

I invited Courtney over today. I made sure the Lynch's left us alone to talk. She knocked on the door and I raced to get it. I opened the door to see a shy, guilty girl. She opened her mouth to apologise, but I stopped her by hugging her tight. "It's okay, Courtney. It's okay." I took her into the sitting room and announced, "Let's start over. You and I can be friends. We'll forget the past. Okay?" "Okay." She answered with a smile.
