C6- 🦋"Fine is never Fine"🦋

Catra yawned,stretching.

She sat up in bed,noticing Adora wasn't next to her.

Catra got up and walked to the bathroom,noticing the hairbrush on Their Vanity wasn't there.

"Hey." She said,in her low morning voice,causing Adora to jump a little.

She blushed,and smiled."Hi."

Catra leaned against the bathroom wall,her arms crossed,watching her girlfriend as if she was prey.

Adora,not really caring too much just kept brushing her hair and humming quietly.

After a few minutes of Catra just...staring,Adora cleared her throat,Causing her to look up.

"What's wrong?" Adora asked,smiling faintly.

"Nothing." Catra replied,adjusting her belt.

"Are you sure? Do you feel better from yesterday? Because if not I can-"

"Adora." She paused. "I'm...fine."

Adora huffed in response,trying to study Catra's blank expression through the mirror.

"Fine Is never fine."

Catra glared at her through the mirror,her tail swishing unnoticeably.

Adora set down the brush and guided Catra to the mirror,switching places with her.

She picked up the brush again and began to gently trace Catra's hair.

Adora had known,ever since they were kids,that this was one of the easiest ways to calm her girlfriend down.

Sure enough, Catra quickly relaxed and began purring loudly.

"I love you." Adora smiled.

"I love you too..."

"What was wrong,though?"

"I can't remember..." Catra replied quietly,her eyes closed.

Adora giggled to herself. "Good."

Catra and Adora were cuddled up in bed.

Adora was still brushing her hair,and Catra was still purring loudly with her eyes closed.

"You tell no one about this...."

"I won't,I won't." Adora giggled.

"Mh."

        *Knock knock knock*

"UGHHHHHHHHHH-"

Adora started to brush Catra's hair faster. "Calm. Calm. I'll continue later."

Catra groaned,but nodded.

Adora opened the door.

"Hey,what are you guys doing? It's two o'clock. You usually carry her down by now." Glimmer snickered.

"Wha-i don't-buh-whatever." Adora sputtered,turning nods and more red.

"We were relaxing. Until you showed up." Catra glared.

"Down,tiger." Adora said. Catra layed back down.

"Well,too bad,because I'm coming in."

Catra raised an eyebrow. "What're you planning,sparkles."

"We should have.....a girls day!"

Adora smiled. "That sounds like fun."

"What's a-"

"Shh. You'll find out!" Glimmer giggled. "And we could do it right here."

Just a few minutes later,they were all painting each other's nails.

Catra's were naturally white,and needed to be repainted,so Adora did that and a clear top coat.

Catra did Glimmer's a hot pink with yellow sparkles, and  Glimmer did Adora's Light blue.

"You actually have good ideas. Shocker."

"Thank you." Glimmer said.

When their nails were dry,they painted pumpkins since it was near Halloween.

After that,they ate lunch,watched a movie,and then their girls day was considered over.

"Later,sparkles."

"Bye,guys! I'll be in me and Bow's room if you need me."

*Click!*

"Night, Catra."

"Goodnight babe."
