The next day, as per usual i wake up to Berry asking for food, then i eat breakfast, and start getting ready. As I was getting ready I received a phone call.
So I pick up the phone and answer it.
"Hello Watson residents, Embreigh speaking." I said into the phone.
"Ems it's Connie!, I know it might seem weird how I got your number but I asked coach for it. But I was wondering how much clothes are you packing for Cali!?" Connie says.
"Oohh uh good question maybe about 2 pairs of jean shorts, 7 tops you can never be sure, 2 long sleeves, 4 jeans, 4 pjs, 2 leggings, 2 dresses, 1 sweater, and one pair of converse, a pair of sandals, and a pair of heels just incase you know?, might be a lot wait actually there's no such thing of packing a lot but yea!" I tell Connie.
"Phew so glad I'm not the only girl anymore, i was going to pack about the same amount. If i told the boys i was packing the amount I am they would flip out and say that's a lot of clothes!" she says giggling.
"Yea I love clothes and going on any trip i need atleast 3 different jeans with me!" i say.
"Well thanks for telling me i'll see you later Ems at practice bye!"
"Bye Con!" i say putting the phone down.
Later on when it's time for practice i walk into the locker as usual. As i walk in Adam walks beside me to my locker and greets me.
"Heyy sweets how'd ya sleep?" Adam says.
"Eh I slept fine, you?" i replied back.
"I slept fine as well, I was wondering after practice for like an hour, because I know we have to pack but I was thinking if you want to come to my place and eat ice cream?" he says, I could tell he's a little nervous hehe.
"I totally understand if you don't want to or we can invite Connie and Charlie too!" he says again.
"No it's fine Adam I would love to go but I gotta ask my parents and if you want to invite Charlie and Connie I don't mind!" i say giggling a bit.
"Alright sounds like a plan and I think it should just be us two, I kinda want to get to know you better ya know!" he says.
"Yea I get you, It'll be fun but let's head out to the ice before coach yells at us" I say finishing putting on my padding.
He nods and heads out the locker room leaving me, Connie,Julie, and of course Guy.
"Ya know he likes you Em" Guy says out of no where as we head out the locker room.
"What!? Adam? no he doesn't, not that I think, he's just being nice!" I say feeling my face heat up just a bit.
"Uh yeah he does Embreigh it's so obvi!" Connie says smirking like an idiot to Julie.
