Seven years later
We built our own house (shown above), and we decided to choose a leader of the group. Crystal being the wonderful sister that she is chose Adeline, Xavier and Cierra chose me, Adeline chose Xavier, and I chose Cierra. Therefore I got the wonderful job of being the leader. Normally that would not be too difficult, but we were completely on our own, and the last time I had contact with my parents was 15 years ago, to the exact date. I had been in the lab for 8 years. Unfortunately all of our memories disappeared at the age of 6. So nobody knew how to cook or hunt, or even walk. The only things we knew were natural instincts of our animal hybrids, by now we have learned what a stove and a refrigerator are. But on the day of my 21st birthday, everything started going haywire! I would become ghostly and my wings would unfold! Except they used to be 4 feet, today they were 9 feet! Where ever I went, items floated around me, but instead of two or three small skinny items, there were about 30 items 20 of which were big like our couch and tables! The small items were VERY sharp like knives and glass. For some reason though I could not put them down! Then when I tripped in a hole 1 in by 1 in, I fell into the hole! Literally! Not even a strand of hair was sticking above the hole! As I climbed out I started flying up unwillingly until I hung onto a a tiny branch as if it were a lifeline! Which it was. Then the branch broke! I continued flying until I was 500 feet high, then my wings quit working!

Earlier that day
Cierra, Crystal and Xavier had similar problems, they were partly transformed and they couldn't stop running! They finally got stuck in a net surrounding the campus that was invisible, the net was so sticky it is like standing in molasses! Also Adeline could not stop chewing through the surrounding woods.

Back to present time
I couldn't stop panicking! I was falling from 500 feet high and my wings refused to work! Then I saw something in the distance, it was a guy around 30 and he pulled out a Bazooka! Then he aimed it at me!
