They burst through the door, sprinting down the corridor as alarms blared overhead. Aria led them through the maze of the Institute, urgency fueling their every step.

"We need to get to the garage!" she shouted, fingers flying over her laptop. "I can disable the locks!"

As they reached the garage, Zane felt the weight of their mission heavy in his chest. "What if she catches up to us?"

Dante gritted his teeth, adrenaline coursing through him. "We'll face her together. We're stronger as a team."

They rushed inside the garage, Aria working quickly to unlock the doors. Just as they heard the sound of footsteps approaching, the doors slid open, revealing a sleek van.

"Get in!" Lucian urged, pushing everyone inside as Zane jumped into the driver's seat.

The engine roared to life as Aria instructed Zane on the best escape route. "Head toward the industrial area! It'll give us cover!"

As they sped away, the weight of their mission pressed down on them. The reality of their situation settled in—the danger wasn't just from Vanguard; it was from Halstrom, who would stop at nothing to hunt them down.

Dante felt Zane's hand brush against his, a spark igniting an unexpected warmth in his chest amidst the chaos. He glanced at Zane, who met his gaze with a determined smile, as if sharing a silent pact forged in the heat of the moment.

"Focus on driving," Dante urged, tearing his eyes away, though the connection lingered, making it hard to concentrate. "We can't let her catch up to us."

As Zane navigated through the city streets, Aria pulled up surveillance feeds on her laptop. "Halstrom will mobilize her forces. We need to find a way to stay one step ahead."

Elara, her eyes wide with excitement, leaned closer to the screen. "If we can get a signal out to the public, we can expose her before she has a chance to retaliate."

"Right," Lucian said, his voice steady despite the chaos. "But how? We need to find a broadcast station or something that can reach the news outlets."

"There's a small station on the outskirts of town," Aria suggested, her fingers tapping rapidly. "It's less secure than the larger ones and might have a more vulnerable signal."

"Let's do it," Zane said, determination hardening his resolve. "We can't let her manipulate the narrative anymore. We need to show the world what she's really capable of."

With a plan in place, they adjusted their course, heading toward the station. The weight of their mission hung over them, but Dante felt a flicker of hope amidst the uncertainty.

As they approached the station, a sense of urgency fueled their movements. Zane parked the van in a secluded spot, and they climbed out, each of them brimming with a mix of excitement and fear.

"Aria, you lead the way," Lucian instructed, his confidence in her palpable. "We'll cover you."

Aria nodded, her resolve evident. "Let's get this done."

They slipped through the back entrance of the station, careful not to alert anyone to their presence. Inside, the dim lighting cast shadows along the walls, and the air was thick with the scent of dust and old equipment.

"Where do we go?" Elara whispered, her voice barely above a breath.

Aria scanned the layout of the station on her laptop. "We need to reach the main broadcasting room. It's two floors up."

As they crept through the hallways, the tension mounted. Each step felt like a countdown, the stakes rising with every heartbeat.

Suddenly, the sound of footsteps echoed behind them. Dante turned sharply, instincts kicking in. "Go! We need to move now!"
