The next day arrived, and the Raizada mansion was bustling with excitement for Payal and Akash's wedding. The Guptas were warmly welcomed by the Raizadas as they arrived. Arnav was standing in the background and couldn't take his eyes off Khushi. She looked absolutely stunning, and he couldn't help but admire his wife. As Khushi moved through the crowd, Arnav made his way towards her. He had something important to discuss with her, something about some banking documents he needed from her. But just as he was about to start the conversation, Shyam appeared out of nowhere, interrupting them.
Shyam (eagerly): "Arnav, Akash needs your help with something. Why don't you go give him a hand?"
Arnav looked at Shyam with a hint of suspicion but nodded, turning to Khushi.
Arnav: "I'll talk to you later, Khushi."
Shyam watched Arnav walk away with a sly smile playing on his lips. He had seen the growing closeness between Arnav and Khushi during the wedding functions, and it drove him crazy with jealousy. He couldn't bear to see Khushi blush whenever Arnav was near. The thought of them together infuriated him, and he knew he had to act quickly. His plan to eliminate Arnav was already in motion, but before that, he needed to make Khushi understand his feelings. Maybe then she would trust him. As soon as Arnav was out of sight, Shyam followed Khushi, who had wandered into a secluded area of the garden, lost in her thoughts. Seizing the opportunity, Shyam approached her from behind and, without warning, wrapped his arms around her in a tight embrace. Khushi froze for a moment, shocked by the sudden contact. But as soon as she realised it was Shyam, anger surged through her. She struggled violently, finally managing to break free from his hold. She turned around and looked at him with her eyes blazing in fury.
Khushi: "What the hell are you doing? How dare you touch me like that?"
She shouted, her voice was echoing through the garden. But Shyam was unfazed by her anger and looked at her with a twisted smile.
Shyam: "Khushi ji, you never listen to me. What else was I supposed to do? You need to understand how much I love you."
Khushi was disgusted, her face contorted in anger.
Khushi: "Love? This is how you show your love? By forcing yourself on me? I don't want anything to do with you, Shyam. Stay away from me!"
Meanwhile, Arnav had found Akash and asked,
Arnav: "Akash, what do you need help with?"
Akash (confused): "Help? I never asked for any help, Bhai. Who told you I needed help?"
Just then, realisation dawned on Arnav like a bolt of lightning. Shyam had lied to him, just to get him away from Khushi. Panic gripped his heart as he thought, "Oh No, Khushi!" Without another word, Arnav turned on his heel and sprinted towards the garden. His heart pounded in his chest as he feared what Shyam might be doing. As he neared the garden, his worst fears came true. He saw Shyam, his brother-in-law, holding Khushi in an embrace, whispering words that made Arnav's blood boil. But then, he saw Khushi struggling, her face was a picture of anger and disgust. She finally broke free from Shyam's hold, her voice was ringing out in anger. Arnav stood there, frozen for a moment while his mind was struggling to process what he had just witnessed.
Khushi (enraged): "If you ever come near me again, I swear I'll expose you to the entire family! I am not scared of you!"
Shyam: "But why don't you understand I love you, only you."
Khushi: "Aren't you ashamed of yourself? Even after being married and having a loving wife you are professing your love for someone else?"
Shyam: "Anjali, Anjali, Anjali.. ufff I am sick of her and I don't love her. How many times should I tell you. My marriage is a big sham, you yourself saw how she uses me, makes me dance to her tunes."
