Too Peaceful. The world was too peaceful. Mu slowly opened her eyes in her new bed. She couldn't sleep.

She had told Bow about her story with Hattie and she hadn't said anything negative and even said she would protect them?

Mu was skeptical of this. She always was distrusting, but who could blame her? The last time she trusted everyone she met, the Mafia took her island, g-got rid of her parents, house and friends then left her to starve!

She glanced at the side, she could see Bow and Hattie sleeping soundlessly as if nothing bad was going to happen. As if it was all in Mu's head. B-But was it really??

Mu stood up from her bed, making sure not to make any noise as she went to the study room. Opening the bottom drawer to take out a worn-out notebook.

'Mu's Time-Travel Journal' was written on the cover with obvious smaller writing of the word Time-Travel above the words 'Mu's Journal'.

For now, she had managed to hide it from both Hattie and Bow. Hattie had asked if she had a diary before and she had accidentally said she didn't and it was called a journal. But doubted Hattie suspected her of bringing it with her.

It was important no one found out about the notebook. She had written every detail of her travels in it. From the day she met the soul-eating demon alone, to Hattie kidnapping her, to supposedly her taking over the planet(?) (she didn't even remember that one), and so on.

From what she could tell, she had caused time to revert a total of 3 times now. One where Hattie had reverted time after she herself had ruined the planet, oof. One where she herself reverted time for some inexplainable reason and pissed off Hattie. And one final time to fix what Hattie broke.

She had made SURE not to reset the notebook whenever she reset time and always keep it hidden in Hattie's vault, hidden behind some of her jewelry, the vault seemed to have some interference protection, so that worked out nicely.

Mu's notebook was hefty and hard to follow at this point, filled with a bunch of side notes and whatnot. The first pages were worn out from the constant carrying. She also had reset her own memories at the second reset for some inexplicable reason and didn't even know the notebook existed for the majority of that timeline.

Mu had told Bow about the last reset but not the ones prior. However, she had a suspicion that Bow was on to her but simply was ignoring the issue for the time.

Bow was sharp. She could answer questions without Mu even asking them. It would be hard to bypass questions from her. For now, because there was only the threat of Hattie awakening her memories and nothing else, she should be fine.

She hadn't gained any memory yet, supposedly at least, and there was no guarantee she ever would.

Sure Hattie was regaining her powers but those were erased because of time reversion which she just learned Hattie was practically immune against!

While her memories were deleted using the soul ghost's contract.

Mu finished her thoughts and closed the notebook, hiding it again as she returned to her bed. Tomorrow would be a busy day after all.

...

Mu slowly opened her eyes, the smell of the new bed and the softness of it was amazing. She didn't want to wake up. Alas-

"Mu!!"

She heard Bow call her from the first floor.

"Coming!" She replied and got out of bed, going to the bathroom to wash her face as she headed downstairs.
