It had been a long night of arguing between Kay and Nia. she kept getting on his nerves telling him that she wanted to go out and have fun on a Saturday night, but he did not want to let her go out since there were plenty of people that didn't like him and had a group of guys with them he was afraid that they could track her down through him and hurt her so you would do anything that he could to keep her safe.Nia lies in bed with her bonnet on legs, kicked up under the cover and a tall glass of ice water on the nightstand.
Halloween was only a few days away so she watched a scary movie to get into the spooky mood but couldn't stop thinking about what Kay said. She was so tempted to sneak out, but didn't want to break his trust with her. She lied her head on the soft pillow and stared at the TV screen. Meanwhile. Kay was in the living room on the Ps5 playing 2K. It was a habit he started every time they would argue or get into something.
He just go straight to the game. he cursed out the game loudly from the living room every time he would either miss a point or something else happened. Nia didn't feel like she was to blame in the argument since all she wanted to do was go out and Kay could've explained a little better to her why she wasn't able to go out.
Kays pov:
I sit down on the couch in the living room locked in on the game for some reason I can't focus and keep missing the shot that I need to get. I roll my eyes and groan at the game as I slam the controller down on the couch and turn the game off. I stand up and walk over into the bedroom where I knew Nia had an attitude. " Yo Nia" I say wall leaning against the door frame. She doesn't respond so I get a little more irritated, but I still keep my cool. I walk over to the bedside where she was as she looks over at me with no emotion. "Look ma we gotta talk."
I say as I move her legs back and sit on the edge of the bed she sits up and looks at me before sighing " About?" She says softly "you know what don't act slow" I say under my breath as and softly chuckle. " What you say, little boy?" She says softly and smiling a bit now. " listen I just wanted to apologize for earlier. You know I would love to go out with you. It's just that it's a lot going on right now." I say softly while looking at her, waiting for her response. "It's fine baby, but you could've explained it a little bit earlier so we would've never had this argument in the first place." " I know and I apologize for that too." I say softly as I reach over and pull her on top of me by her waist.
"you accept my apology?" I say softly as I kiss on her neck and move her hair behind her ear. "I don't know" she chokes as she rolls, her eyes, giving me a soft and playful push. I suck on her neck and cover it in more kisses. "How bout now?" he asks with a smirk as he looks her beautiful, hazel eyes getting hypnotized she tilts her hands softly and keeps eye contact with him before looking down his lips, then back his eyes, then going in for the kiss. "Yeah" she says softly before continuing the kiss and falling on top of him.
