the two boys walked home from school hand in hand. smiled plastered on their faces, they both had been waiting for this moment. they were now with the one they loved the most.
"leehan?" dongmin spoke up. making a stop to look into leehans eyes.
"yeah?" leehan smiled.
"what are you gonna do about nari?" dongmin asked, "i feel bad. you're dating her."
leehan just let out a sigh, he never thought about it. "shes a good friend, i just.." leehan stops, "i wanna be her friend, but i don't think she would want that."
"its okay.." dongmin offers a small smile, "ill give you time, i can wait." dongmin tells him, "but i don't know if i wanna do anything since you're still with her." he pulls his hand away.
"but-"
"ill be waiting.. i dont wanna be seen as the person who took her boyfriend, even if i am . thats not who i am." dongmin reasons.
"fine.. ill do it soon okay?" leehan tells him, kissing dongmins cheek.
"mhm okay." dongmin smiled, "well ill go home now."
"bye taesan." leehan waves to the boy, sighing as he walked away from him. leehan loved nari, but taesan, his first love that he finally had gotten the opportunity to be with is flashing in front of him. he walked home, consumed by all these thoughts. he could be with the boy hes been waiting for or be with the girl who comforted him when he needed it. the choice was killing him. he hated it. he hated making these choices, but he put himself in this position.
