Losing faith to having faith again.
It is understandable to question the existence of God when a man is on its own downfall. When humans suffer, we see nothing. No hope, no comfort, no love, no victory, no success, no happiness, no beauty, and no God. During a man's suffering, we focus in the problem but forgot our own healing until we tend to forget God. The desires and the faith dies.
Belief / philosophy in life are all the same. There's no such thing as 'fake belief' if that's what your heart desires. All our beliefs came from something that no one would understand but only ourselves. Hence, we cannot force people to believe what we believe too. But above all:
Let them suffer.
Let them grow.
Let them realize.
Let them learn.
Let them heal.
Let them change....
Religion or believing in the existence of God cannot be compared to Science (which non believers believe). Religion cannot be read, cannot be studied, religion is felt. Religion deals with spirituality. Opening and accepting our minds and hearts to someone superior to all of us.

But I as someone who also believes in the philosophy of existentialism......I do believe in god but I don't believe that he interferes in our lives. Some people who believes in God are throwing their sufferings and blame it on him and to the devil.
Another thing is, humans are also not aware that we have our own wisdom and consciousness to decide in our life. Instead of being responsible to take action, they prefer to blame it on God or to the devil first.
Unfortunately, I believe it doesn't work that way. God nor the the devil is out of what ever decision the humans choose.
There is God so as the devil.
They exist.
But they're not someone to be responsible for our sins.
It is us...........
