Yahvi pushed open the door and froze at the scene-

He was sitting at his desk not knowing of her presence , by him she mean her future husband

It wasn't a surprise to see him here as he owes the company but after his harsh words , her world was shattered by a way she didn't know too

She knocks at the door to get his attention "m..may I come in sir?" Her voice trailed off about and she mentally slaps herself

He finally lift his head and the moment his eye smet hers some unspoken words confront at his eyes

His whiskey met her amber ones and he briefly nodded

She walked towards the office taking in the near and tidy room , the deafening silence and the rich speak volumes

He gestured her to take a seat and she
did , his expression were stoic but however his eyes were soften as he took glance at her

Her face was pale , knuckles were white and red from the heavy pressure like she just clingy something so tightly , her face was tear streaked

Her eyes and nose were little red and fluffy , his concern grow for her but he remain silent

"Good afternoon Miss yahvi" his voice was smooth almost tender

"Good afternoon sir" yahvi greeted back her voice a little whisper

However she was confused by his almost tender and smooth tone hours back he said so many harsh things to her not even glance at her and now it was all different-

Different like he didn't know if she is the person he met hours ago

"Does he don't know I am the one he met hours back?" A question crossed her mind buts he remain quiet

"Did you bring the forms?" A voice broke her thoughts , she blinked twice to address who it was

It was him , his eyes was showing concern she nodded and placed the forms on his desk

He checked it briefly but his eyes was unconsciously falling on her as if searching for something

After some moment he nodded "it's all correct and you have already passed the interview too , we look ahead to work with you" his tone was firm and commanding

Yahvi nodded and gave a forced smile "well then" he said giving her his hand as a new formation in the office
