Chapter 8

Issabella's POV

''That's your next big plan,sending a little girl out to the darkest part of the forest alone?'' Trumpkin asked Peter. After we saw Miraz's army we call in a meeting and me and Lucy are going to the woods to find my father ''It's our only chance.'' Peter say ''And she wouldn't be alone, I'll be with her.'' I say and look at him and give him a comforting look, he really likes Lucy ''Haven't enough of us died already?'' Trumpkin asks and looks at Lucy ''Nikabrik was my friend to but he lost hope, Queen Lucy and Queen Bella haven't and neither have I.'' Trufflehunter say ''For Aslan.'' Reep added ''For Aslan.'' a bear say,  ''And I'm coming with you.'' Trumpkin say to Lu ''No, they need you here.'' she say and put her hand on Trumpkin shoulder ''We need to hold them off until Bella and Lucy come back.'' Peter say ''If i may.'' Caspian starts to say and he gets up from his sit. He come closer to us and I give hik a small smile ''Miraz may be a tyrant and a murderer, but as king he has subject of the traditions and extensions of his people and there is one in particular that may buy us some time.'' and with that he start telling us his plan.

''Destier has always served me well, you two are in good hands.'' Caspian say and me and Lucy are at his horse ready to go search my father ''Or hooves'' Lucy say with a small giggle and Caspian smile at her. Oh that smile of his, he look at me and say ''Good luck.'' I smile at him and say ''Thanks.'' ''Look, maybe is time you have this back.'' he say holding my horn in his hand ''Why don't you hold on to it? You might need to call me again.'' I say and smile to him and after that we took off  ''You might need to call me again?!'' Lucy asks surprised ''Oh shut up.'' I playfully say to her with a smile.

We were running through the woods as we heard horses running behind us, Lucy looked around to see that Miraz's soldiers have seen us ''They've seen us!'' Lucy yells and we run faster trying to gain some ground. I stopped the horse and got down as Lucy look at me surprised ''What are you doing?'' she ask me ''I'm sorry Lu, but you have to go alone after all. Say to my father that I said hey.'' I said to her with a smile on my face as I hit the horse's back and he took of along with Lucy. I take my bow and arrows out ready to shoot the soldiers, I looked back at Lucy one last time as she looked at me, I give her a nod and the I couldn't see her anymore.

I saw some soldiers coming right at me "For Narnia and for Aslan!" I yelled and shoot one of the soldiers in the head and one in his shoulder as the both fall down from their horses, then other two came and I shoot one of them in the chest and he fell off his horse as well. I saw the other one as he came closer to me ready to cut my head off, I avoided it just in time but I bend over too low and that made me lose my balance. He had me down and backed up against a tree, he was ready to kill me so I closed my eyes waiting for the overwhelming amount of pain but it never came.

I opened my eyes and saw that Caspian came and kill the soldier saving my life. He offers me his hand and I took it, he helped me get up  ''Are you sure you don't need that horn?'' he asks and smiles, oh that smile. I smile at him and we got up on his horse and we start running back ''Thanks for helping me back there, without your help I would be dead.'' I say and put my hands around his waist.

Caspian's POV

''Thanks for helping me back there, without your help I would be dead.'' Bella say and put her hands around my waist ''You're welcome, I would never let you die.'' I said with a smile on my face, I miss her lips on mine and I love her smile and how her eyes sparkle. ''Caspian thanks, I owe you one.'' she says and hugs me, I stop the horse and look back at her ''Why did you st-'' I didn't let her finish, I just kissed her and she kissed me back. I never thought that you can fall for someone so quickly, I always thought that it was only in books. I never believed that I could love someone or that someone will love me, a man with no family and nothing to offer,but now I believe it because I'm in love with her. She pulls away and look at me in the eyes.

I looked at her and put my hand on her cheek ''I'm in love with you Bella.'' i said and kissed her again afraid that she might not love me back but she kissed back. I pulled away ready to hear her say it ''I'm in love with you Caspian.'' I smiled like never before but then I remembered that we have a war to win, so we run back to the the others. We see Peter fighting and he saw us and say to my uncle ''Five minutes?'' ''Three.'' he say and Bella run to Peter to help him get to us.

''Lucy?'' he asked us ''She got through.'' she look at me  ''With a little help.'' She finished saying ''Thanks.'' Peter say to me, wow he thanked me ''Well you were busy.'' I say to him trying to be cool. Peter tells Bella to go with Susan but she refuses to go, she wants to help him so he sat down and Bella gently take off his shield from his arm. We saw that he had a dislocated shoulder so Bella put his arm back at his place.

She hugs him and say ''Be careful.'' "I will." Peter say and hugs her back then she does the same thing to Edmund "I will.'' he say as she run up to me and kiss my lips and say ''You to, please be careful.'' and with that she runs up to Susan ''What was that?'' Edmund ask ''What was what?'' I ask back ''She kissed you.'' Peter say ''No she didn't.'' I say and look down blushing, this girl will be the death of me. ''Oh my god! You like her.'' Edmund say ''Of course he does, look at him face.'' Peter say pointing at my face ''Fine, I do like her. No in fact I love her.'' I say to the two brothers in front of me ''Okay, but if you hurt her I'll hurt you ten times worst.'' Peter threatens me and Edmund nods in agreement ''I will never hurt her, I promise.'' I say and look up at her while she was talking to Susan.

Isabella's POV

Susan and I were talking about me and Caspian, trying to distract ourselves from what is happening. Curiosity took the best of me and I take a look at Caspian and I saw him walking to Miraz. He takes Peter's sword and he is ready to kill Miraz ''No..'' I whispered to myself but I know he is not going to kill him even if he is a monster he is not going to kill him. Caspian is nothinglike him, he is like his father even if I don't know him,i know Caspian and he is no going to kill him. He yells loud and angrily but he didn't kill him, he stabbed the ground next to Miraz, he say something but I can't hear it. The next thing we know we have a war because apparently someone shoot an arrow at Miraz or someone stab him with it....
