Third person's P.O.V:

The night was quiet, wrapped in shadows, with only the stars casting a soft glow over the royal garden. A gentle, soft melody drifted through the air, touching the hearts of anyone who listened. There, under the moonlight, stood a beautiful figure, a flute held gently in his hands. His eyes shimmered with unshed tears as he poured his heart into every note, filling the night with his hope and his sadness.

In his chamber, King Jungkook stirred, the melody breaking through his dreams and urging him awake. Rising from his bed, he moved to the window, his gaze drawn to the garden. He caught sight of his lover, bathed in moonlight, an ethereal beauty, almost like a goddess descended to earth. A soft smile touched his lips as he took in the scene, captivated by the sight of the one who held his heart, lost in the music. With an unhurried grace, he slipped out of his chamber and made his way down to the garden.

Jimin was lost in the melody, letting each note carry his emotions into the night, so much that he didn't hear the quiet footsteps coming up behind him.

"Are you trying to enchant the stars, my love? Or perhaps... just me?"

Jimin's fingers faltered for a moment, his heart skipping a beat at the familiar voice. He turned slowly, half of his face covered by a delicate veil, and his teary gaze met jungkook's. Who stood there with a soft smile, watching jimin as though he was the most beautiful sight in the world, seeing the goddess hidden behind the veil.

He stepped closer, his gaze never leaving his lover's, and gently brushed away a stray tear. "What could make you play with such sorrow my love?" he whispered, his voice filled with a quiet concern.

Jimin looked down, his gaze softening as he held the flute. "I couldn't sleep," he murmured quietly. "So I thought... maybe this would help."

Jungkook's eyes fell to the flute in Jimin's hands, recognizing it instantly-the same flute he'd once gifted him, a cherished keepsake from his mother. The sight filled him with warmth, and a gentle smile touched his lips as he watched Jimin, the person he trusted most, holding something so precious.

With a tenderness in his voice, Jungkook spoke, his words almost a whisper. "Then play for me, love. Let me hear what you're feeling."

Jimin glanced up, their eyes meeting. With a quiet nod, he lifted the flute to his lips once more, pouring his heart into the melody, each note a promise, a confession, as he played only for Jungkook, under the watchful gaze of the stars.

As he played the final note, a gentle silence settled over the garden, leaving only the soft rustle of leaves under the starlit sky. King looked at him, admiration clear in his gaze, and after a moment, he broke the silence.

"That was beautiful," Jungkook said, his voice filled with genuine warmth. "I've missed hearing you play. It's been too long." Jimin's cheeks turned a delicate shade of pink.

"I still remember the first time I saw you playing," Jungkook said, a hint of nostalgia in his smile. "You looked... like an angel, lost in your own world. I could barely look away."

Jimin's blush deepened, his heart racing as Jungkook's words wrapped around him like a tender embrace. He looked down, a shy smile tugging at his lips. "You make me sound like some sort of dream," he whispered, barely able to meet Jungkook's gaze.

"You are," Jungkook replied softly, his eyes never leaving Jimin's.

Unbeknownst to them, a shadowy figure stood hidden among the trees at the garden's edge, his eyes glinting with a dark amusement as he observed the tender scene between Jimin and Jungkook. A sly smirk curled at his lips as he watched the way Jungkook's gaze softened, and how Jimin's cheeks flushed with quiet happiness.

He whispered to himself, his voice barely audible over the gentle breeze, "Enjoy your happiness while it lasts... you never know if tomorrow will be kind enough to keep you together."

With one last glance, he turned and disappeared into the shadows, unnoticed by Jimin and Jungkook as they remained lost in each other's presence.

In the prison cell, a hooded figure approached a lone prisoner, his footsteps barely making a sound against the cold stone floor. He leaned in close, pressing a small, cold key into the prisoner's hand and speaking in a low, firm voice.

"Keep this. You know what needs to be done."

The prisoner's grip tightened around the key, his eyes narrowing as he looked up at the cloaked figure. "I'll do it," he replied in a rough whisper. "But don't forget-you promised me my own safety. I want out of here after this is done. If you break that promise, I'll make sure they find out everything."

The hooded man paused, then gave a slow nod, his expression unreadable beneath the shadows. "Just do your part," he assured, his voice steady. "You'll get what you were promised... as long as you hold up your end."

With that, the man disappeared back into the darkness, leaving the prisoner alone with the key, his only lifeline.

To be continued....
