"I AM COMMANDER KEITH SHADIS! YOU MAGGOTS WILL BE RESHAPED INTO TITAN KILLING MACHINES WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT! AND, IF YOU DISOBEY ORDERS I WILL STOP BEING SO POLITE, DEMOLISH AND GUT YOU LIKE A PIG!!!" Commander Keith threatened all the new Cadet's as they stood in the facing the commander. Most cadets were in their early teens, housing mainly twelve and thirteen year olds children, Eren, Mikasa, Armin and (Y/N) was amongst them.

The commander walks forward, his gaze landing on a cadet as he then calls them out. His eyes were so sunken in that he looked more terrifying than the Titans themselves. "You there! State your name and business, Cadet!" The person the commander approached was Armin who saluted, his right fist over his heart.
"Sir! I'm Armin Arlert from Shiganshina!"

"ARMIN ARLERT?! WHAT KIND OF SHITTY NAME IS THAT CADET? WHO GAVE YOU SUCH A NAME!" Commander Keith demanded aloud as he stood in front of Armin.
"My parents did, and it was after my Grandfather!"
"ARLERT, WHY EXACTLY ARE YOU HERE THEN?" Commander Keith leans down to Armin's height.
"Give my support in aiding Humanity victory against the Titans!"
"QUITE WONDERFUL, IM SURE THE TITANS WILL CHEW YOU UP THEN SPIT YOU OUT WHEN THEY'RE DONE WITH YOU! ROW THREE, ABOUT FACE!"
Then he turn Armin's head and body a hundred and eighty degree's as he walked off to yell at the next cadet.

'Armin. Even if he looks timid, he can handle what'll be said to him.' (Y/N) thought as he was in the same row that Mikasa was in. He listened in to the Commander yelling away at the cadets, their name and business being known to him and the rest of the other cadets.
After Armin, it was a boy with blonde hair, Thomas Wagner from Trost, then a girl with her hair tied in two pigtails, Mina Carolina from Calaneth district, the Commander insulting her as if she was a fly flying around a pigs ass.

Whilst that was happening, two older men were asked about, the one with silver grey hair explained to the younger colleague that this was a rite of passage to reshape these young people into being soldiers to fight against the titans, the same right he had undergone beforehand. The Commander walked past Eren who was in the about face like everyone else, his row being before Mikasa's and (Y/N)'s

"YOU! STATE YOUR NAME AND BUSINESS CADET!" Commander Keith yelled at (Y/N)'s face as he salutes him.
"SIR, (Y/N), FROM SHIGANSHINA!"
"(Y/N), WHY IS IT THAT YOU ARE HERE IN MY FORMATION?"
"SIR, TO GAIN STRENGTH TO FIGHT THE TITANS AND RETAKE WALL MARIA!!!" (Y/N) yelled with a cold expression, the Commander nodded at this and turns away.
"ROW SIX, ABOUT FACE!"

He then goes to a buzz cut, short kid. "NAME AND BUSINESS CADET!"
"Connie Springer, Wall Rose, Ragako village!" Connie saluted... with his left fist over his chest and this in turn made the commander lift him by the head.
"CADET, ARE YOU AN IDIOT SANDWICH? DO KNOW HOW TO SALUTE TO WHERE YOUR HEART IS AT OR IS YOUR HEART ON THE RIGHT AIDE OF YOUR CHEST—"

CRUNCH

The commander stops himself, and everyone else heard the sound of something being crunched and chewed on, he looks to the source to see a brown haired girl eating a steamed potato she held in her hand.
'That girl... just how crazy are you to eat in the middle of a formation?' (Y/N) thought as he was watching her just eating that potato.
"Hey, what are you doing?" The commander asked as he drops Connie to the ground which everyone ignored.
