"Cadet Ackerman, Arlert and Y/N. You understand why you are here in the open?" A familiar voice of a certain timid Garrison Captain who retreated to the inner gates rather than provide moral and support for his troops that died throughout Trost, Captain Kitz Woerman.

Armin and Mikasa stayed with Eren, whilst Y/N stood up seeming defiant, but would answer for his family.
"No. Do explain exactly why it is you have us surrounded, Captain?" Y/N asked, whilst giving a snark tone when he said Kitz's rank.

The captain grits his teeth but replied to his answer. "You are here for questioning! The sudden presence and various reports from many witnesses about Eren Yeager as a Titan is founded as suspicious for we do not know if he's a threat to humanity or not!"

'A threat to humanity? Did those fools not see what Eren did for us all?! He took out titans for us, and they're excusing him to be a threat to humanity?' Y/N growled internally.
"And why exactly do you think he's a threat, when he's actually been keen on eradicating the titans that happened to surround Trost Headquarters, when a superior of your rank wasn't on the battlefield helping out with either the vanguard, middle guard or even the rearguard as a matter of fact!" He barked aloud for all the troops to hear so that the captains presence of why he wasn't fighting alongside everyone else would come into question as there was some murmuring going on.

"Khh—! SILENCE! I WILL NOT HAVE MY AUTHORITY BE QUESTIONED BY A MERE CADET WHO I SHOULD ORDER TO BE EXECUTED AT THIS IMMEDIATE MOMENT! IF EREN YEAGER DOESN'T ANSWER US, WE WILL BLOW YOU TO HELL WITH A CANNON THAT IS ARMED AND READY WITH A HE SHELL!"
Kitz shouted very loudly so that none may question his authority.

'Tsk, the nerve of this man, he fears not only titans, but the reality that he is wrong when others are in the right.' Y/N thought to himself as he looked back to Mikasa, Armin and Eren only to find Eren seeming awake yet in some odd state.

"I'll kill you all." Was all he said, Armin was horrified, his expression more than obvious, and Mikasa was worried for his well being. "Eren..." Armin said not believing what he just heard as Eren gained full consciousness now aware of what he had just said a moment ago.

'Oh shit... that makes things more complicated. If only you were more self aware than in a strange dreamy state Eren, now that damned bastards gonna make things harder!' Y/N groaned as he turns his gaze back to the captain.

"Eren, can you move? If you can, tell them everything you know to save us!" Armin begged him. "Armin—"

"Did you all hear that? He said he's going to kill us all!" "We heard him loud and clear, he wants to eat all of us!" Two garrison troops said as Eren took notice that the troops that surrounded him, Mikasa, Armin and Alec all had their blades drawn, the very same ones used to cut down the titans.

"I will say this again, Cadet Yeager, Ackerman, Arlert and Y/N. You are here for questioning for the various reports of Eren Yeager being a titan and founded as a threat to humanity! I will order all of your executions on the spot, so answer us, Eren Yeager! Are you a Human or a Titan?"
Kitz yelled

'This man... how oblivious he is. Eren's a human—'
"I don't understand what you mean by your question!" Eren answered
'—Eren' A part of Y/N snapped internally but he stayed calm throughout this absolute ordeal of a mess.
