Queen Eva lay down on the bed as Nola dampened a wet cloth on her forehead. Birthing a child into this world was a woman's worst nightmare and bearing with pain in the process. Eva let out another yell as another contract ran through her body. Her hair was messy and the midwives were comforting the Queen.

"Where's my husband!" Eva exclaimed, her voice filled with a mix of pain. She felt so weak and needed her husband right beside her.

Then the doors kicked wide open and she lifted her head pushing the wet cloth off her forehead. Queen Eva saw that it was Ms. Hollie with her other maid, Jade. The older woman rushed over to the Queen and Eva quickly extended her hand to get comfort from Hollie. She was so glad that she made it just in time but she also needed her King to be here.

"Okay, My Queen, you need to start pushing," Larris told Queen Eva. She looked around once again to see if her husband was there.

"No! Aegon needs to be here. He has to be in here." Eva shook her head. Her screams of pain echoed in the chamber.

"Sweetie, no man shouldn't be allowed in a woman's labour," Hollie told Eva. She looked up at her with her glossy eyes. "I am right here. I won't let anyone hurt you." She promised the Queen.

Eva trusted Ms. Hollie. She slowly nodded, she needed to do this. Maester Larris looks up at the Queen, asking her to push once she feels another pain coming. Eva felt a pain shock through her body and threw her head back as she started pushing.

Aegon hurried up the stone steps, he saw one of the midwives walking out from the chamber, with a Maester who wasn't Larris. King Aegon approached his door with an anxious look. His presence was caught by the Maester. The man bowed deeply, a gesture of respect for the crown, as he heard his wife yelling in pain.

He needed to be inside there with his wife. The King was about to head over to the doors and open them but he was immediately stopped by another Maester he had not met before during Eva's whole pregnancy.

"You must not enter, your Grace. No man shouldn't be in while a woman's labor." He has stated to the King. He paused from himself from going inside his chamber.

"Why not?" Aegon asked him. "Once a man goes in the labor room and sees his wife in this state, he couldn't bear on touching his wife ever again." The Maester explains to the King.

"Aren't those rumors?" Ser Tyron questioned the Maester's explanation.

"You can walk inside now and find out." He said rudely to the lord commander.

King Aegon walked over to the Maester and looked straight in the eyes. There was no doubt he saw a fearful look inside the Maester's eyes. He brushed past him and went the opposite way from the door. Aegon anxiously played with his hands when he heard another yell from coming his chamber.

Eva cursed underneath her breath flopping her back on the pillows. Maester Larris takes looks down at Eva's cunt to see a baby head coming out of her. His eyes when he saw a baby's fingertip right next to the baby's head. Ever in his lifetime delivery of a baby, has never happened before. Larris did not want her and the other to freak out.

"My Queen you must push hard as you can." He told Eva. She nodded while taking a big breath and sat up.

She gets into a position with the help of the midwives grabbing both of her legs and spreading out. Eva began pushing—her face scrunched up in pain while she pushed. She's sweating and grasping Ms. Hollie's hand in an iron grip. The older woman did not care if the Queen had broken her hand, but what she did do was comfort her with the words she whispered into her ears.

Eva cried out as she pushed one last time then felt something dropping. She caught her breath and made sure to hear closely hoping to hear a baby's cries. A loud noise coming from her baby and she smiled once she heard it. Maester takes a good look at the baby.

"Is it healthy?" Queen Eva asked him. "Kicking like a goat." He had responded to the mother giving the baby to one of the midwives.

Eva frowned her eyes together at Maester Larris's action. Why wasn't she given the baby? Ms. Hollie watched the baby being taken and looked at the man.

"Why isn't her baby given to her? Give her baby!" Ms. Hollie demanded him. He ignored the old woman and kneeled to his knees and looked underneath her dress.

"You needed to push in the next contraction." He tells Queen Eva. Hollie's eyes widened and grabbed Eva's hand again. Eva let out a loud cry feeling the pain coming again.

Eva then starts pushing her energy to push the baby out of her body. Larris saw how slight blood was coming from the side of her cunt. He had told one of the midwives to grab towels for him. One of the women quickly came with the towel giving it to him and Larris took it away from her. He placed the towel down to where her cunt is and Eva pushes again and he saw the baby's arm.

If Maester Larris doesn't act quickly, the baby will be dead then he will be dead in order of King Aegon.

Maester Larris grabbed the piece of the baby's arm. He heard the Queen's yelling and he tugged on the baby's arm gently pulling it out of her cunt. Eva gasped as she felt the relief wash away from her body. He took a good look at the baby and saw it wasn't crying. Ms. Hollie watched in horror and Eva couldn't see because she was in a lying position trying to catch her breath.

"Is it okay?" Queen Eva asked the Maester, she worried when she did not have a response to her. She slightly pushed her elbow up lifting her body off.

Eva looked in horror seeing Maester Larris's finger on her baby's chest. She felt her heart racing and was worried for her baby. The Queen closed her eyes and grabbed the necklace cross that was on her neck, prayed to the gods at he or she would live. Larris told the midwives to get the other Maester quickly. The doors opened then closed as it reveal the other Maester

Maester Larris quickly gave the baby to the other Maester. He immediately starts pushed his finger one more time when he heard the baby choke and hurled out a cry. He was relieved that the baby and Eva let out a happy cry knowing her baby had survived the birth.

The babies were cleaned up from the blood and were both handed to the mother. It was important to Eva the skin-to-skin touch with her baby. She looked at her baby girl and boy in her arms.
